'Missing 411', by David Paulides: Tracking unusual missing persons cases

For entertainment purposes only, we found Howard's Mill (mockumentary) to be a very good watch. Saw it on tubi.

It certainly appears that the creators are familiar with Missing 411. Very well done.

This week we welcome author and filmmaker David Paulides of the Missing 411 series. David is a former police officer and investigator who spent the greater part of the last 20 years documenting unsolved cases of people who have gone missing in the national parks and wilderness of North America. Who or what is taking people without a trace? The creator and producer of three Missing 411 documentaries, David just released his most recent project, Missing 411: The UFO Connection. In this groundbreaking film, he presents empirical evidence connecting UFO phenomena to a subset of mysterious disappearances. Join us as we chat with David about his theories and insights into these fascinating and bizarre cases, the irrefutable connections between these missing people, and find out how his investigations and interviews around these mysterious disappearances have changed his views on what is happening in the wilds of North America.

Dave interviewed an ex FBI guy, who was with the bureau for 25 years and among other things, specialized in paranormal cases.
His name is Fox Mulder? :D

The ex FBI guy, John DeSouza (unfortunately he wasn't named Fox Mulder ), was interviewed at the premiere of "The UFO Connection": Dave posted the discussion on his youtube channel today.

A few things mentioned in the interview:

- Apparently there is currently a huge number of Inuit women disappearing in northern Canada and Alaska: it would fit the Yukon area.
If memory serves, I think it was mentioned in a Cass session(?), that there is an apparent "4D STS" influence in the Yukon region.

- The interview was interrupted by a fire alarm after it had got going. Not surprising, as often there is "something" that doesn't want the topic being investigated/talked about.

- The higher up folks at the FBI didn't let the field agents see the results of the samples, which were taken at the cattle mutilation sites (by special teams). They hid the results to prevent the extra work, which would be required if the cases were investigated further.
Evidently the coyotes and wolves don't go near the carcasses, as they sense that something "supernatural" has taken place.

-The disappearances and other shenanigans are connected to "extra dimensional beings", who somehow gain access to our reality.
DeSouza has written a book about the subject: "The Extra-Dimensionals".

- DeSouza was involved in the 9/11 investigations and clearing of the rubble at the WTC. He says that they found no plane parts amongst the debris, not even a single wheel strut which weigh tons. Later during the Q&A, he clarified that some kind of high tech hologram, which had "solidity" involved in it, was used to depict the planes hitting the buildings. He seems to be in the "no planes" camp.

- It looks to DeSouza, that if a person gets "disappeared", s/he has to be unobserved for a period of time, meaning that no one is having a direct view on them. For instance, he mentions the "going to pee" example: there is a bunch of people, and someone goes to take a leak behind the bushes, is unobserved and disappear. Dave concludes that probably 98-99% of the missing cases are exactly like that: the people are alone with no eyes on them.

I watched it, highly interesting!

Nicola Bulley has turned up, dead (RIP).

Guess where they found her? By the river, close to where she was last seen, in a spot that had already been thoroughly searched weeks ago.

This missing person case has been all over UK news these last few weeks, with the British media giving it full-on 'sensational' coverage, complete with muckraking, gossip, hacking and an endless parade of experts.

Something tells me they're going to regret that, because they've gone and brought nation-wide attention to what is very likely a Missing 411 case.

From Metro.co.uk

A body found in the River Wyre has been formally identified as that of Nicola Bulley.

The mother-of-two was found on Sunday a mile from where she was last seen, walking her dog in St Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, three weeks ago.

Her death is still being treated as ‘unexplained’ while post-mortem examinations continue. [...]

The find concludes a major search of the area which saw specialists comb a large stretch of the river for days on end. [...]

Nicola’s body is understood to have been found among reeds, making it difficult for experts to find her.

That's hard to believe. The river bank where she was found is small, the 'reeds' flattened, and an open road passes close by, with a clear view down the small slope to the river:

As you can see, it's a narrow (and shallow) river.

Police and other rescue services used everything from grid searches to dogs to boats to high-tech scanners in their search for her.

Teams like this went right past the spot where she was eventually found, and probably did multiple such sweeps during the time she was missing:

The above Metro article continues:

Specialist divers who volunteered to scan the riverbed with state-of-the-art equipment said she was ‘categorically not’ in the section where police believe she fell in.

Specialist Group International (SGI) said they searched the bed near where Nicola was eventually found ‘for four hours on our first day’ but that they were ‘not involved or tasked with’ the search of the riverbank, which includes reeds.

Another report specifies:

Peter Faulding has previously shared how the area where Ms Bulley was found WAS searched before. The specialist diver, who was called in by Nicola's family to help search for her, said: "I was there for three days as a volunteer. The police search teams walked that river every day. Up and down, up and down."

In typically British fashion, the media has 'outed' the person who found the body - presumably, after it 'reappeared' - and revealed him to be a 33-year-old 'medium' who walked the river to 'sense' if he could locate Bulley. He has since given a statement to the press:

"I was not asked by the police or Nicola’s family to become involved in this case, but having seen the wild speculation and hurtful commentary that has been ongoing, and having previously assisted in the recovery of Michael Brooks, I decided to use whatever 'gift' it is we mediums possess to try and locate Nicola Bulley."
Another curiosity about this case: Bulley was 45 years old. 45 years ago - to the DAY (27 January) - a teenager named Roger Jones went missing in the same stretch of river as Bulley. In his case, however, there appears to be a 'down-to-Earth' explanation: he was thrown from his motorcycle and was only found weeks later and much further downstream.

I meant while she was missing and presumably caught up in the same hyperdimensional net that has entrapped all the other Missing 411 people. I'm just very interested what those people experience, if anything, and if they suffer at the "hands" of their inter-dimensional kidnappers.
I have been pondering about this as well, since this topic was first brought up.

And I am reminded of a session where the C's talked about a missing flight, and I believe it was mentioned that for those missing, the time had stopped or something along the lines, and how they were still trying to get home or something.

But that may not be it, as there's also the case of Elisa Lam for instance, where she was found dead in a place where she couldn't have physically gotten herself into, so a different dimension beyond our physical one must have been involved in whatever happened to her.

It is an interesting question.

Also there are some Missing 411 cases where the person is found alive. So, what is going on during the missing time?

Revealed: Lancashire Police REFUSED extra help to search for Nicola Bulley in move branded 'bizarre' and 'inexcusable' after it took them 23 days to find her body in river next to where she vanished

Lancashire Police refused extra help to search for Nicola Bulley in a move branded 'bizarre' and 'inexcusable' after it took them 23 days to find her body in the river next to where she vanished.

The 45-year-old was discovered on Sunday morning in the River Wyre in Lancashire.

Search and rescue teams and other police forces offered to help the beleaguered Constabulary but officers dismissed their advances.

Lancashire Police said the 'relevant areas' had been searched and no more help was needed.

However it was not Lancashire Police but a member of the public, a self-confessed psychic medium, who discovered the mother-of-two's body after a three-week search by Lancashire Police that never found her.

[...]

At a press conference held last week to stop speculation, Detective Superintendent Rebecca Smith, the senior investigating officer, revealed that the mother of two had 'specific vulnerabilities' and had been 'graded as high-risk'.

This case is really weird.
And why would the Police refuse help?
