Powerful earthquake shakes Indonesia; no injuries expected
May 6, 2020
JAKARTA, Indonesia (AP) — A powerful earthquake shook islands in eastern Indonesia on Wednesday evening, but no damage or injuries were expected.

The quake measured a preliminary magnitude 6.8 and was centered below the sea at a depth of 107 kilometers (67 miles), the U.S. Geological Survey said. It was located 205 kilometers (128 miles) northwest of the nearest city, Saumlaki, it said.

The earthquake triggered moderate shaking and was unlikely to cause injuries or economic losses, USGS said.

Indonesia, a vast archipelago of 260 million people, is frequently struck by earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and tsunamis because of its location on the “Ring of Fire,” an arc of volcanoes and fault lines in the Pacific Basin.

Includes Indonesia's 6.8 EQ.
From the video description:

Additionally, a spread of seismic activity has gone from the West Coast of the USA across over to the East coast of USA into Vernont!

A rare M 4.9 EQ struck Canada at a large bulge in a plate, and the USGS has deliberately NOT reported the EQ....largest in years for Canada at the location.

Something fishy going on....

This week saw 1 out of 69 earthquakes equal or greater to 4.5 in the map area. The biggest worldwide was a 6.6 in Greece.
1876 out of 2418 worldwide fell in the area as seen below. A reminder, that this is only according to USGS.

A very shallow (3km) magnitude-4.3 earthquake has been felt widely across parts of South Australia. The biggest to have occurred in the state in the past decade, a seismologist says.
