Trump is risking his life for humanity.

The main positive thing that Trump has to offer is ending US imperialism. The US overthrew 30+ foreign governments through coups, color revolution, military invasions in the previous century including democratic chosen and replaced them with US puppet regimes. And till Obama this World War the US is waging against the World is getting more brutal and extreme by the day. It affected millions if not billions of people and countless countries have been poverized and brutalized because of it.
Trump wanting to end US imperialism is revolutionary. The rest of the World can breath a sign of relief. So whatever negative thing they have to say against Trump. Let's admit that is revolutionary and immensely positive.
If they can't admit that. I disqualify them from speaking further.
I am not going to spend 1 hour talking about Trump when they can't be reasonable. Maybe I ought to be more creative but challenging people with some kind of litmus test is I think rather useful at times. It saves me from wasting time.

Madonna took to Instagram late Thursday to promote an upcoming anti-Donald Trump protest march – by sharing a photo of a woman with shoe company Nike’s “Just Do It” logo apparently shaved into her public hair.
As Breitbart News previously reported, thousands of women are expected to travel to the nation’s capital for the Women’s March on Washington to protest President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration.
The organization said it wants the event to “send a bold message to our new administration on their first day in office, and to the world that women’s rights are human rights.”
Earlier this week, singers Katy Perry and Cher and actresses Scarlett Johansson, Zendaya, Debra Messing, and Julianne Moore were announced as being expected to participate in the January 21 event.
Ugly Betty actress America Ferrera, chair of the organization’s “artist table,” said the march is about standing up to the incoming administration.
“Since the election, so many fear that their voices will go unheard,” Ferrera said in a statement., it is critical that we stand together in solidarity for the protection, dignity, and rights of our communities. Immigrant rights, worker rights, reproductive rights, LGBTQIA rights, racial justice and environmental rights are not special interests, they affect us all and should be every American’s concern.”
The Material Girl is just the latest star to come out in support of the event.
The 58-year-old Rebel Heart singer spent months slamming Trump’s campaign, while drumming up support for Hillary Clinton. In October, Madonna famously offered oral sex to anyone who voted for the former Democratic nominee.
Last month, Madonna admitted that Trump’s election left her “devastated.”
“It felt like a combination of the heartbreak and betrayal you feel when someone you love more than anything leaves you, and also a death,” the singer told Billboard. “I feel that way every morning; I wake up and say, ‘Oh, wait, Donald Trump is still the president,’ and it wasn’t a bad dream that I had.”

I'm not anti-trump. Back when the fear was him being the next Hitler, even posted on sott, I felt that was not true. But I feel that not is all that it seems. We could only be fair to assume this, as Luc has mentioned the president being a puppet. The blind belief is that the president can set policy besides the mundane small things.
I think the left is overreacting worse than the right has when Obama was elected. Is it a function of the fear of change or the media? I think the media amplifies a story that "they" want us to believe. We even saw Jill Stein who disliked Clinton waste her party and donation money for this story of a recount. Why from someone who wanted to change the system?
But, what my gut is screaming is that we're being pulled into another identification, a new narrative.
We may think he is trying to end imperialism, but we heard the same from Obama. What we got was a "kinder, nicer" way of pushing war. It sickened me to see how much Obama distracted the left.
Similar hype of him changing America. One side says for the worse, the other side says for the better.
Now we have another "newcomer" "outsider" who promises a lot. A lot of it sounds great. But, I'm disheartened at his appointments. Maybe I don't have much faith in his intellect or advisory capability. He is definitely no Putin.
But, I really am annoyed how polarizing these stories are. It makes me feel like this too is for show.
While the left are screaming, the right are thinking that they can push their agenda further with the shelter of the Trump "drain the swamp" story.
He does have a right to take his time to do what he promises. I just don't like that the right are riding his wave into bigger corporate power. It just reminds me how entrenched the system is and the distractions like this used to keep people fighting over paper tigers.
I see Putin knows this story is going on and hopefully will find a window to change the narrative. That is the little hope that I have, which may or may not be misguided.

We expect all marchers to abide by all laws and any instruction of law enforcement…. Looks like a few years ago Rosie ripped into Trump on the vapid tv show "The View" for giving a Miss Universe a second chance and things escalated from there. Rosie also tasked Trump for being divorced, having affairs, etc...and yet I think her divorce was pretty dang messy too. Sure, Trump shouldn't have called her a slob/pig and given her a hard time about her changing ideas regarding weight-loss, but really, come on, Rosie asking for "martial law" is incredibly stupid.
Trump's tweets crack me up. Some can be childish and petulant, yet there is truth in most of them. More and more I'm noting the loonies on the left can give it, but can't take it.
