Ya'll may want to avoid dealing with these folks as they have revealed themselves to be nutters and that may mean they are unreliable in the business sense as well.
The woman who runs the store, Marie Madeleine, is completely bonkers. She had purchased 9 DCM PDFs in 2 orders, and today she raised a stink, disputed the last 2-PDF order (from back in August) with PayPal, and we were forced to refund her the 7.90 price.
Then she e-mails and we found out that basically, she started the whole thing because she discovered that FOTCM is tied to the DCM, and she thinks FOTCM is "anti-Christ".
Unfortunately, we have little recourse with PayPal because they are a pain in the arse in that department. So, she did a very Christian thing by buying 2 magazines and then screaming fraud and getting them for free!
So, who was pulling a fraud?
