The other day I was talking to someone who brought up the topic of shortwave radio frequencies and their use in transmitting secret information right around the world. A search on Google will bring up a few sites (but not that many), most of which concede that the bizarre messages which are transmitted still remain a huge mystery today. Apparently these messages began after World War II and increased considerably after the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. Most people believe the messages are used by spy agencies the world over (a likely explanation). There is some information about all this, including samples, on the site http://www.archive.org/details/ird059.
My main query is whether Signs of the Times have ever looked at this mystery, and if so, do they have any ideas about why these cryptic messages supposedly increased with the fall of the Berlin Wall? Have the Cassiopaeans been queried about it?
