Scalar Wave Technology to cause disaster?

Here is an interesting link:

Volcanoes are allegedly targeted in the North American west coast by scalar wave technology. Seismic activity in Alaska's Mt. Augustine is too periodic to be natural, according to this article.

It seems that such technology is very dangerous even to those using it, so they are slowly stimulating volcanic activity to build pressure for an intended catastrophe. Apparently "they" keep cycling from planning terrorist acts on US soil, to catastrophic weather, to flu viruses and now we have the volcanoe attempt. I wish they would make up their minds!

I found the site to be interesting reading. Since I have no expertise at all in this stuff, I can't tell what is fact, fiction or theory...but it was interesting reading. :)

Its worth noting what George Ure from "UrbanSurvival" has said on the earthquake issue recently. I pulled this from http://www.urbansurvival.com/lastweek.htm :

Bots: Earth Changes Ahead

Remember the tsunami that the web bots forecast in August of 2004 and which came to pass on December 26th of that year? Well, this weekend's web bot run (Part 4 of the 806 series) has some really dire news coming out of the flip side of the world. In a nutshell, you'll recall that prior to the tsunami in 2004, we had a big earthquake (8 point something) at Macquarie Island and that was followed by a lot of reports of UFO's, loud booming noises from the south, and these sequence seemed to presage the actual event.

Well, as Cliff and Igor at www.halfpasthuman.com were watching the data this week, it seems that right around the time of the Mozambique quakes this week (2, by the way, not just one) the reports of "booms" and "flashes of light to the south" have been popping up in Australia and from half a dozen ships at sea. As you might recall, the web bots have been talking about two lands/islands rising, so we have to wonder whether this is again a precursor series of events.

The lag time between Macquarie and the tsunami was on the order of three weeks.

Not that it will happen overnight this time - could be many months off. The imagery seems to deal with millions of people walking on millions of dead - so I found myself asking last night whether this will be a hugely impacting global event some months off, or whether it will be soon with fewer people involved: The bots have problems getting numbers right. Remember, they screwed up the forecast of 'city returned to the mud' [New Orleans, forecast months ahead of time] as they predicted 13-million would be involved and it was only 1.3 million that met the prediction of 'walking north.'

So take it with a grain of salt or two, but if you wake up in a couple of months to hear that a couple of new land masses have popped up in the oceans south of India and between Australia and Africa around 90 East, and that sea level is some number of feet higher, remember where you heard the news before it happened.
Could be linked?

Is it Nature of is it Man??? What is HAARP up to now?

Will the "scientific community "accept this as true? (Who secretly developed this technology in the first place.)

So many pieces will have to "fit together" to arrive at reasonable conclusions.
and "to exclude pieces of the puzzle that fall outside generally accepted
scientific 'norms' " for the SAKE of ACCEPTABILITY" may do
elfrad "more harm than good," except for Divine Strake of course.

It really makes me want to know who Divine Strake is and why this would benefit him.

What does he mean by "latitude which may be "beneficial"?

So you can always DIVIDE your forum into "MAINSTREAM" and "OFF MAINSTREAM"
if you want to keep the guys in the white lab coats in one area that is "devoid of alternate thinking."

Interesting conversation: This splitting of informationi into "mainstream" and "off mainstream" categories. Or his assuming that the "guys in the lab coats" are "devoid of alternate thinking."

Isn't this just what the "guys in the white coats" do to us -- this splitting up of information into categories that we are allowed to know and those which we are not. What a pefect example of his "mirroring" of what those whom he most criticizes do to us.

Hello All,

Allow me to answer some of the questions Charles posed about my
article:

>> Why are you so sure that your observed anomalies are the result of
human produced scalar waves?

Because there appears to be no other mechanism capable of producing
the phenomena seen. As an example look here:

http://www.4shared.com/file/1146642/18c7c6b0/newguineaf.html

Here are two seismograms from separate dates showing diagonal
cascades of waves that are quite regular in both time frame and wave
shape. Could this be a natural occurrence? If so, what could cause
it? This not a random event of the type that Mother Nature is famous
for. As to me listing the possibilities for this, may I suggest that
Elfrad forum members make a list of everything they think could have
caused this?

Start with sources that can produce regular, ordered events with some
regularity that will affect a seismometer. It will be a very short
list. What do I think it is? Imagine a short, tight burst of scalar
pulses, with each pulse of a different amplitude that, when seen
together, shape one half cycle of a sinusoid. I don't believe these
seismograms show ground movement, I think they show the changes in
the flux of the magnets of the PNG seismometer.

Now view this:

http://www.pnsn.org/WEBICORDER/INTERESTING/RCS_EHZ_UW.19981117.gif

PNSN says, "Tiny low amplitude signals, probably from ice are
initially irregular in time. Signals become regularly spaced, about
every 16 minutes, on 11/16 at 6:00 PST, continuing with progressively
changing frequency until about 13:30. The tiny periodic events pick
up again on 11/17 and continue into 11/18. The changes in event
frequency cause the events to line up on the page in a way that
looks like a chevron flight of birds."

'Probably' from ice?
"Clockwork Ice", yeah?
Okay, maybe, but not in New Guinea.

In some of the waveforms shown on the Elfrad website, there are
regularly spaced spiked signals that are clearly anomalous. Whether
these are detected by copper spikes driven into the ground and fed to
a differential amplifier, or a Hodowanec detector, or by winding
several thousand turns of wire onto a suitable nonlinear magnetic
material inside the field of a permanent magnet to create a
Barkhausen effect detector, or a seismometer that is suitably biased
[probably by accident,] they are still anomalous waveforms that just
do not look natural. That these waveforms appear in diverse places
with similar signatures makes one begin to wonder how they are
getting there.

If we look at history to find evidence of these phenomena, we come up
close to empty handed. Does that mean that this stuff is relatively
new at being around? Yeah.

Anomalous waveforms shown on the elfrad site are showing up on seismo
sites as well. They have glaring similarities. Larry Parks at
Terraresearch has a network of scalar wave detectors of his own
design that are detecting scalar waveforms during quakes. This is
perfectly natural since tectonic plate margins, fault zones in the
earth and volcanoes are scalar transmitters and receivers by virtue
of their nature.

But when we see these waveforms in the absence of some kind of
precursor or earthquake, what are we to think? What kind of energy is
required to produce these? What devices are around that might do it?
Some of these events are clearly not due to ground movement because
of their signatures. There is no damped wave following them as there
are in normal quakes.

For example, take a look here:

http://www.4shared.com/file/1146641/81ce970a/laurelhillseismo.html

The big red quake is the recent central California earthquake at
12:26 UTC seen from Laurel Hill. Now look here:

http://www.4shared.com/file/1146640/f6c9a79c/rockyhillseismo.html

This is the same event seen from Rocky Hill.

On the Laurel Hill seismo, notice the event at 09:37 UTC. You may
have to zoom in to see the thin vertical line on this event. On the
Rocky Hill seismo, notice the event at 11:40 UTC. These two events
are essentially of the same magnitude as the earthquake, yeah? But
where is the damped wave, the P wave, the S wave? Why are these
events so quick given their magnitude? Do these waves represent earth
movement????

Other events, such as those pointed out in my article, are spikes
that return to the originating timeline like a single shot pulse
generator waveform seen on an oscilloscope. Some of these are big.
You can see the composite of a recent one here, with an arrow
marking the splice point:

http://www.4shared.com/file/1146644/f1a46385/longmiremarch31.html

With that kind of recovery signature, my short list says they are
manmade. Likely man-made candidates are scalar wave transmitters of
considerable power. Does that point to a conspiracy of sorts?

Sorry, off topic.

>>> Do you have data recordings of the magnetic field?

A magnetic field reading has to be specific to the area in question.
Showing the easily available Geophysical Institute Magnetometer Array
from Alaska would only pertain to Alaska. One might surmise that the
Alaska magnetometer relates to HAARP activity, but scalar pulses do
not induct current into a wire coil, they affect the momentary flux
in magnets, and professional magnetometers don't use magnets. In any
case, where does one find an online magnetometer in New Guinea?

>>>If Harbinger would provide GPS and Universal Time Information
about the seismic measurements
>>>Harbinger, just for better understanding, could you please post
the GPS data of the heaters and seismic stations, so we can put it
into Google Earth?

All the seismo waveforms in the article are shown on UTC timescales.
As to GPS, give me a break, I'm not writing this for Scientific
American. If I had GPS information on all the heater sites you can be
sure I would have listed them in a table with a big red square around
it. If elfrad members would like to Google this information and post
it, I would really appreciate it as I am constantly searching on
Google Earth for heater sites.

Closing thoughts:

Dave- I sense what you are trying to do with elfrad, and believe that
you desire to see this work accepted by the scientific community.
While this is very good, many pieces will all have to fit together at
the end of the day to be able to arrive at reasonable conclusions,
and to exclude pieces of the puzzle that fall outside generally
accepted scientific 'norms' for the sake of acceptability may do
elfrad more harm than good, except for Divine Strake of course. A
little more latitude may be beneficial at the end of the day. You
can always divide your forum into 'mainstream' and 'off mainstream'
sections if you want to keep the guys in the white lab coats in one
area that is devoid of alternative thinking.

Rich – Please go here: http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/haarp/res.html
and
see what HAARP can do at a distance of 18 earth radii. This was in
1996 with only 300 KW of power and a 15-antenna array. The HAARP of
today is far beyond that in wattage with 180 antennas at Gakona. If
you can imagine [for a moment] what in-phase converging beams from
three ionospheric heaters can possibly do to the ionosphere, you
might not be so quick to say, "No, it can't."

Emily- Please give Dave a break and keep on working with elfrad.
Every mind counts.

Kind regards,
Harbinger
