Putin Recognizes Donbass Republics, Sends Russian Military to 'Denazify' Ukraine

"Polish militants claim involvement in attack on Russia"

"Polish militants fighting for Ukraine released a statement on Sunday claiming their involvement in an attack on Russia’s Belgorod Region.
The announcement, accompanied by alleged photo and video evidence, was shared on social media accounts of the so-called “Polish Volunteer Corps.”

"The “Polish Volunteer Corps” said it unequivocally confirmed its role in the operation, stating that the group collaborated with the Russian Volunteer Corps, a neo-Nazi unit"

"The governor of Belgorod Region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, also mentioned the presence of Polish citizens among the saboteurs. On his Telegram channel, he recounted the story of a woman, whose husband – a member of the local self-defense forces – was killed in front of her. According to Gladkov, the woman was held captive by two Ukrainians, and she stated that the other group members were Poles and Americans."

🇺🇸 #USA A statement from US presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr. that makes you think:

"In 1991-1992, we repeatedly promised the Russians verbally and in writing that if they withdrew 100,000 troops from Germany and allowed the country to reunite within NATO, we would not advance NATO an inch to the east. Since then, we have moved the block a thousand miles to the east and opened 14 new countries (note — there are now 15). The Russians warned the then ambassador, and now the head of the CIA, Bill Burns, that if NATO entered Ukraine, it would be a red line, and it should not be crossed. Let's put ourselves in the place of the Russians. My uncle (President Kennedy) always said: "Put yourself in the opponent's shoes." 👀

The "long-awaited" Ukrainian counteroffensive seems to have begun.
Russian Defense Ministry: the enemy launched a large-scale offensive on 5 sectors of the front
The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announces the beginning of a large-scale enemy offensive in the South Donets direction on June 4. In total, 5 sections of the front were involved, where the enemy put into battle the 23rd and 31st mechanized brigades from the strategic reserves of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). Other military units and subunits also participated in the offensive.

According to the Ministry of Defense, 6 mechanized and 2 tank battalions of the enemy were involved in the fighting. The goal of the Ukrainian armed forces was to break through the defense on the most vulnerable, according to their assessment, section of the front. However, according to the report of the military department, the enemy was unable to complete the tasks and did not succeed, contrary to the statements of military commanders, who previously reported that the enemy allegedly took control of three settlements (according to other sources – four settlements) in the Zaporozhye direction.

The Russian military emphasize that thanks to the skillful and competent actions of the troops of the "Eastern" grouping, the losses of the AFU amounted to more than 250 personnel, 16 tanks, 3 infantry fighting vehicles and 21 armored fighting vehicles.

It is noted that at that time the commander of the combined group of troops, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Gerasimov, was at one of the advanced control points in this direction. From there, he observed the course of hostilities and coordinated the response of Russian troops to a large-scale enemy offensive.

The enemy went on the offensive to the left of Ugledar, — Khodakovsky (+MAP)
Alexander Khodakovsky, deputy Head of the Department of the Russian Guard for the DPR, commander of the legendary Vostok battalion, reports on the attempt of the APU offensive, which is a continuation of yesterday's attacking actions of the enemy.

"To the left of Ugledar, the enemy with limited forces, using up to ten armored vehicles, went on the offensive in the direction of Zolotaya Niva — Novodonetsky. So far, he has been successful.

In the second half of the night, he began to make movements, giving the impression that he would continue to put pressure on the site of yesterday's breakthrough near Velikonovoselovka.

Aerial reconnaissance recorded the movement of up to thirty armored vehicles in the tactical area, but due to limited capabilities, the point of "ascent" could not be established. As a result, the strike group, which is currently practicing Novodonetsky, reached the line of attack almost unnoticed.

By traditionally crushing the connection, the enemy managed to put us in a difficult position. The situation is in development," Khodakovsky writes in his author's Telegram channel.

In war, luck is especially important. In this case, the fact that the tank withstood 2 hits from the ATGM and did not even lose mobility is an absolute luck.
The Russian T-72B3 withstood two direct strikes of the Ukrainian "Stugna"
The Russian T-72B3 tank was able to withstand direct strikes of the Ukrainian anti-tank missile system "Stugna". This was a notable confirmation of the high combat stability of this tank model.

According to the information provided, the crew of the T-72B3 successfully fired its entire ammunition at the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Having completed the combat mission, the tank and its team moved to the rear to replenish ammunition.

However, during the retreat, the tank was attacked from the Ukrainian anti-tank missile system at least twice. Despite the intensity of the shelling, the tank successfully withstood the blows and continued to move. This indicates the high reliability of this combat vehicle, since often the first hit from the ATGM leads to critical damage.

The T-72B3 is an upgraded version of the Soviet T-72 tank, which remains in service with the Russian army until now. The T-72B3 tank was introduced in 2012. It is a major upgrade of previous versions of the T-72 with a number of important improvements that allow it to compete with modern main battle tanks.
Российский Т-72Б3 выдержал два прямых удара украинской «Стугны»

And this news is from the category of luck at the level of fiction. At one time, Ukrainians told about a certain woman who allegedly shot down a drone with a jar of pickles. Of course, this is a fairytale, but in this case, what the governor say about it may indicate a real fact. Note that, unlike the Ukrainian case, a man participated in this episode and he operated not with a jar, but with a stick, that is, we have a fundamental difference in technology.:-D
A resident of Crimea shot down a drone with a stick
In Crimea, a local resident shot down a drone with a stick.

A resident of Sevastopol personally carried out the capture of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) with a stick. This was recently stated by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev. As for the details of this incident, he did not disclose details, mentioning only that "the Sevastopol man himself shot down the quadcopter with improvised means." More accurate information about the method of eliminating the drone was obtained from the governor's press service, which confirmed that the neutralization of the quadcopter occurred by "throwing a stick".

It is noted that a camera was installed on the drone, which could be used for observation or video shooting. Currently, the special services are actively investigating this incident and trying to find out who initiated the launch of the drone. It is important to note that UAV flights are strictly prohibited in the city.

Wanted to post this from Intel Slava because I couldn't put it any better myself. I had been thinking that the counteroffensive is going to get much more intense, now I'm really not sure. What has happened this last week has been dismal for Ukraine. Nobody knows how much Western kit, like Leopard tanks, has survived the onslaught of Russian spoiling operations.

Regarding messages from the enemy that "there is no offensive."

Since so far the enemy has not been able to capture significant settlements during the attacks, he has already laid a straw for himself in advance if he cannot take anything significant. In this case, after the failure of the offensive, it will be possible to say that we did not declare an offensive, therefore we did not capture anything. But if they can take something, then they will later declare that this is where the offensive took place.

The enemy simply does not want to step on the same rake as with the "counteroffensive near Artemovsk", which lasted from May 10 to June 1 and did not lead to the occupation of at least one village. Here, the Armed Forces of Ukraine turned out to be hostages of their own propaganda, which rattled incessantly for several weeks about the "counterattack near Bakhmut" and which later turned out to have nothing to show against the backdrop of defeat in the battles for the city.

I've heard an interesting opinion today in the morning. It is about the attacks of Belgorod restrict in the last week. The analytic said, that we have seen the same in the past, and no one time: it was, when the Ukraine pelleted Donbass for 8 years. In the USA they are waiting, when Russia applies the Nuclear weapon to Ukraine, and they could say: "This is not adequate answer" (#Russiansdidit) and will use the same to Russia. Now they are trying to start the big war in Europe to eliminate EU and Russia at the same time, and then China. A nuclear war in Europe is the best of their scenarios.

I don't understand, like most people in Russia, why they think, that if Russia would use the nuclear weapon, it will be in Ukraine or Europe?!

So, the second day of the Ukrainian offensive is over. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reported on the results. The daily losses of the APU are impressive. If they continue to fight like this, then they will last for less than 2 months and the only question is that the equipment or people will end earlier.
The Russian military repulsed a new attempt of the APU offensive
Ministry of Defense: The Armed Forces of Ukraine continued to conduct an offensive in the South Donets direction during June 5
MOSCOW, June 6 - RIA Novosti. The Russian military repelled a new attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the South Donets direction, which the Kiev regime undertook after regrouping, the Russian Defense Ministry reported.
According to the department, during June 5, the enemy continued the offensive, focusing its main efforts on the Vremyevsky salient of the South Donets direction, where the APU had already suffered heavy losses on the eve.
«
"The Kiev regime reorganized the remnants of the 23rd and 31st mechanized brigades into separate consolidated units, which continued offensive operations in the areas of the settlements of Novodarovka and Levadnoye. In addition, a fresh brigade was put into action in this area," the Defense Ministry said.

At the same time, the AFU launched an offensive in the direction of the Oktyabrsky state farm and Novodonetsky by the 37th Marine Brigade with reinforcement, the basis of which was the units of the 68th Mountain Jaeger brigade.
The Russian military inflicted a complex fire defeat on the enemy by the forces of army, assault and tactical aviation, missile troops and artillery, as well as heavy flamethrower systems.
"As a result of the active and selfless actions of the units of the Vostok group of forces, who showed courage and heroism, the enemy was stopped and did not achieve the tasks set," the Defense Ministry stressed.

As a result, according to the ministry, more than 1.5 thousand Ukrainian military, 28 tanks, including eight German Leopards and three wheeled French AMX-10RC tanks, as well as 109 armored combat vehicles were destroyed.
The day before, the Defense Ministry said that on the morning of June 4, the Ukrainian side launched a large-scale offensive on five sectors of the front in the South Donets direction. In total, the enemy engaged six mechanized and two tank battalions. As noted by Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, the AFU failed and did not achieve the tasks set.
Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Anna Malyar said that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are going on the offensive in some areas.
The timing of the Ukrainian counteroffensive has repeatedly shifted. Russian commentators linked this "nervousness", firstly, with the information war - constant announcements of an imminent offensive are designed to keep Moscow in suspense, and secondly, with the fact that the West demands quick and victorious results from Kiev, and it has to constantly "report".

An article at Ross Primavera by Yuriy Byaly - USA bets on “soft power”.

The United States is unlikely to enter into a direct military confrontation with Russia, but it cannot part with its global leadership, so it will actively use its “soft power” resources, Yuri Byaly, vice president of the Experimental Creative Center, wrote in his article The Decisive War published in the May 27 issue in The Essence of Time newspaper.

For the analyst, it’s clear that the US, “which is in a political and economic crisis, is hardly ready for a direct conventional war with Russia. However, says Bialy, the United States is even less ready to lose its global dominance, since this would mean a political catastrophe for the contemporary United States.”

“This means that the USA is quite capable of making full use of its ‘soft power’ resources,”
the analyst is convinced. Such resources include dominance of NPOs and NGOs, diplomatic and financial-economic dominance, the overwhelming power of information resources, cyberattacks, terrorist attacks and so on, explained Bialy.

In the second part of The Decisive War article series, examining the role of foreign NPOs (nonprofit organizations) and NGOs (non-governmental organizations) in the post-Soviet space, Bialyi states that in many of these countries, Western NPOs exist in huge numbers and actively influence state policy.

For example, more than 18 thousand NCOs are active in Kirgizstan, 22 thousand in Kazakhstan and about 14 thousand different NPOs and NGOs exist in Moldova. The article stresses that in Moldova, Georgia, Armenia and Kirgizstan the volume of foreign funding of NPOs is enormous and exceeds national investments.

Just saw the videos on Telegram. Is this going to seriously affect the operation of the Zaporizhzhya nuclear power plant?

Map of the depths of the Kakhovka reservoir:

The cooling reservoir of the Zaporizhzhya NPP is the Water Bucket pond.
Judging by the map of the depths of this reservoir and the channels that feed it, everything will be in order with cooling.

But the North Crimean Canal was not lucky. It looks like it will dry out.
It starts just before the washed-out dam and there the depth map shows that the water will stop flowing. But I'm not sure.

I don’t know where the truth is, but here is what Prigogine says.
We publish a request from the Nightingale.Info online publication and the answer:
Dear Evgeny Viktorovich, yesterday the Ministry of Defense made a statement about the destruction of more than 1,500 Ukrainian military, 28 tanks, including 8 Leopards made in Germany, 3 wheeled tanks AMX-10 made in France and 109 armored fighting vehicles.
Many people think these numbers are too high. How can you estimate such enemy losses?

We publish a comment by Evgeny Prigozhin:
“I think that Baron Munchausen is resting. And judging by what is written here, we will soon get to the aliens - with such losses. To destroy one and a half thousand people, it must be such a massacre, per day, over 150 kilometers, that mother do not grieve. Therefore, I think that this is just from the realm of wild, sloppy fantasy. In general, you need to add up all the numbers that Konashenkov gives. I think that we have just destroyed the entire planet Earth five times.”

Yesterday, pictures of abandoned damaged AMX-10s appeared on telegram channels. I would like to see the destroyed Leopards.🤔

I may have been bamboozled. It’s hard to tell with the limited amount of information circulating at the moment. Seeing contrary evidence that there were no signs of an explosion on the Kakhovka dam. May well have collapsed due to structural damage?

Can’t say for sure. Here’s what the Mayor of the city had to say:
SIMFEROPOL, June 6 - RIA Novosti. The upper part of the Kakhovka HPP was destroyed as a result of shelling, the reservoir dam itself was not destroyed, Vladimir Leontiev, head of the administration of the Novokakhovsk city district, told RIA Novosti.
A number of Telegram channels spread information on Tuesday night that the Kakhovskaya HPP was allegedly completely destroyed. Some published footage of the collapsed dam.
"
"There were several hits at two o'clock in the morning in the upper part of the hydroelectric power plant, where there are shandors (beams designed to block the culvert - ed.), where the gate valves are directly located, and it was demolished. The dam is not destroyed, and this is a great happiness," Leontiev told RIA Novosti.
The water level after the destruction of the hydroelectric power plant downstream rose by 2.5 meters, there are services on the spot, the mayor added.

I don’t know where the truth is, but here is what Prigogine says.
I also don't know where the truth is, but I also don't know why the hell Prigozhin is modeling it. Is he the only one who wants to be holier than the Pope? In my opinion, he has somewhat "lost the coast" and perhaps it will end badly for him.

Я тоже не знаю где правда, но я также не знаю на кой черт Пригожин это лепит. Он один хочет быть святее Папы Римского? По моему он несколько "потерял берега" и возможно для него это плохо кончится.
