The Force is Strong With This One
Maybe this belongs in another section? But I thought this was an interesting video and wanted to share.

Sensing the motives and feelings of others is a natural talent for humans. But how do we do it? Here, Rebecca Saxe shares fascinating lab work that uncovers how the brain thinks about other peoples' thoughts -- and judges their actions.

She talks about a region of the brain (RTPJ) that was identified by functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) as being active when we "think about others thoughts". And the use of transcranial magnetic stimulation ((TMS)a magnetic pulse) on the RTPJ to affect the outcome of some of the subjects judgements.

The gist of it seems to be that after TMS a subject thinks someone deserves less blame for an act when there is intent to harm, and more blame when the harm is accidental.
