I thought maybe we could have a thread to post interesting finds on this topic,

1 http://wholehealthsource.blogspot.com/
This is an exceptional site by young biochemist and neurobiologist, he provides a lot of clues and his blog is well written. Make sure to check out his links especially heart scan blog.
I found his Malocclusion: Disease of Civilization series very interesting food for thoughts.

2 http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/ - A low carb doctor, slightly dry read but loads of interesting info

3 http://high-fat-nutrition.blogspot.com/ - A British vet and biochemistry expert who eats a 80%-fat diet. Writes witty.

4_http://www.dhslides.org/mgr/mgr060509f/f.htm - an interesting lecture by Taubes explaining his hypothesis why there is an obesity epidemic in the US

Hopefully will get back with more

Wow! Thanks!!! The first one is a smorgasbord of great info....I checked his anti-inflammatory diet just to get a jist of his line of thinking. Aside from diet, he includes vagal stimulation in addition to exercise (cardiovascular and muscle building), minimizing body fat, and dental hygiene for keeping inflammation under control. Very useful website!

Hmm, if I followed original common sense I would have saved you some time :). First I posted them active but then I said let me stick to the general rule .
