Here is a song called My Sundown by Jimmy Eat World from the album Bleed American.
The entire album is quite good, but this song in particular moves me emotionally/spiritually every time I hear it.
I recommend all to listen to it - the melody is beautiful and the lyrics speak for themselves, at least to me :)
