Links with underscore in front of them no longer deactivated?

Just wondering if there has been a change or upgrade to the phpBB software so that a _ in front of a http:// no longer deactivates it. Should we use a different method? Spaces like h ttp:// or some such? But that would probably make highlighting the links to open them that much more difficult.

Nope, it still deactivates the link. I just saw a post today that did it: _https://cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php/topic,34066.msg706979.html#msg706979 (See what I did there!)

On my old iPhone I was able to click on deactivated links. Maybe it's like that for some browsers?

Hmm, maybe it's the way some users browsers are translating them before posting? I was thinking of these links in the Trump thread and I'd swear I've seen it other places:

But yeah, I spoke too soon. It's not doing it to all of them.

For some reason the person posting is putting additional code ([ color = blue]) after the underscore which makes the link live.
