It's the people who count the votes" -Joe Stalin

Having read "Colombian and Peruvian Elections Prove Stalin Was Right"by Stephen Lendman. I cannot prevent to think of Mexico's next presidential elections (2 of july).

Since I came to Signs website and had heard how works the media, in Mexico's case its pretty the same with the difference that the people now do believed...before Vicente Fox won the presidency, at least around family and friends we knew that the media was corrupted as well as the goverment and the institutions; in fact Televisa was known to be pro-PRI; some of the articles that I have found (mostly around year 2000) state that Televisa pro-PRI somehow has faded, but I think now is more subtle. As well as other television networks (TV Azteca, CNI, Canal 11) and news papers (Universal, La Jornada, Reforma theese in Mexico D. F.) If they are not pro-PRI pro-PAN or pro-PRD they are pro-PTB.

In this link: http://www.isp.msu.edu/CLACS/conf-papers03/
there is a document that explains succinctly how has been the MSM in Mexico. The article is: gonzales.pdf its tittle: Mexicp+Globalization=Positive Changes? A Closer Look at Mexico in Terms of the Goverment and the Media by Alicia M. Gonzales; Western Michigan University.

At the beginning of his firsts years of presidency, the media informed us about Mexico's new freedom of information law.

They have more freedom but they have been telling the same lies around 911, Irak, Palestine-Israel etc...

There are many strings being pulled...I have been thinking the PTB are heating up the presidential run.

Between the 5 candidates you cant make one. 3 are the main ones.

PRD: AMLO (Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador) the leftist candidate http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Andr
