Hello, I've read that the technology of Optic Fiber is used to spy on people at home, and even to influence their mind & body,
of course combined with other devices such as "smart"/connected objects, 5G, modern electric meters, the metallic nanoparticules in the ARNm vaccines, etc.
What do you know on this subject ?

Like others have said - optic fibre is a medium, but you are asking about that medium in combination with known harmful elements.
You could remove the optic fibre, replace it with copper wire, and it would still be just as harmful because it's the
devices that it is connected to that are harmful.
On it's own, optic fibre is not dangerous (unless you stare at the laser light). Data transmitted over it does not exert an influence without some other device attached.
Copper wire on the other hand has a magnetic field when electricity is passed through it, which can (given the right type of pulse) have an influence on the mind/body without any other device attached. See, for example:

So the question comes across as a little confused. Perhaps it is a translation issue?
For example, water can be dangerous (drowning or drinking too much will kill you). Water combined with fluoride or other chemicals can be more dangerous (long term). Contaminated water can be more dangerous still (short term). Is water something we should be concerned with - or is it what is combined with the water?

EMF on it's own if the issue here, it doesn't need optic fibre to be dangerous. But if it does connect to optic fibre, it's not the optic fibre that is the danger.
It should be noted also that most nanoparticles in vaccines etc are also dangerous on their own to the body/mind, with or without an EMF present (although they may be more harmful in the present of the right type of EMF).
Optic fibres don't generate EMF's so they would not directly combine to be 'harmful' with the nanoparticles. You'd need three steps/sperate technologies - optic fibre connected to wifi/5g and a body with the right nanoparticles in - so again it's best to separate the question into specific categories.
You could have a mobile phone, for example, that is not connected to optic fibre - producing the right signal to amplify damage in the body/mind when combined with the right type of nanoparticles.
