Errors, slow, fails to open pages..

For me both cassiopaea.org and cassiopaea forum are loading slow, recently.
Just got an Error when trying the search function:

Second try; the page could not even load and open any page.
Third try; it worked, but still EVERYTHING loading in "slowmotion". :zzz:

edit: works little better now but some pages just don't load.

I had the same problem too the entire morning. I only managed to log on a few minutes ago.
 
Maybe it's related but i nearly always have to log in twice to finally get to the forum.
I encounter an internal error (error 503), try again then I am either logged in already or I have to do it again.
FYI.
 
The index page of http://quantumfuture.net is displayed only partly since a week or so...
