Is there a difference between dreams and memories that “actually happened" ? I can say “I have a memory of one event" but I can (and I do, from time to time) also say “I have memory of one my dream" where only my perception of them can make difference what is dream and what is “real" memory?

There are studies in cognitive memories, I believe, that showed our perceptions of past events are somewhat sketchy. This is vague, I know...but it just came to mind. When we are more aware, we can tell the difference between our memories of our experiences and of our dreams (alot of people don't remember their dreams). When we changed our perception, or events (shocks) changed our perception, and our awareness changed, our reality change for us...as C's once said.
