Hi

I'm trying to make a one time donation on worldpay, I already have a monthly donation setup but when I try and process the transaction
I'm getting an error

Authentication of this transaction failed and the transaction has been suspended. Please try again using a different card.

is it because I already have a payment setup, does anyone who uses worldpay for donation's have a similar experience.

Just an FYI if anyone was wondering, i checked the link below and I think you have to cancel the current subscription, and create another one, so I think i'll just leave it.

A good alternative as mentioned in the thread above, is to buy book's, well i have a bit of money to buy any suggestions, I have a kindle so maybe amazon pdf's, but i wouldn't mind getting clube and nappier, i held off because of the price of the paper back, but i can splash out and maybe scan it and turn it into pdf.

Hi Seaniebawn, can you do a monthly subscription with Worldpay as well? I remember trying but it would only let me do a one-off donation so I set one up with Paypal. But if they charge more, I will happily switch to Worldpay.

the only difference I can see is the payment denomination worldpay is euro and paypal is US dollars, I only donate 50 Euro a month
so it's a bit more if I use the worldpay so I probably answered my own question here.

Thanks for the info. I couldn't get it to work last time, hence why I went for Paypal, but I still wouldn't want to change if Worldpay charges more to FOTCM.
