Hello everyone,
I created a different version of the China Olympics logo, one that i believe reflects the true spirit of the Games better.

I hope you enjoy it!

I didn't enjoy it at all. Is this psyops post?

I thought it was pretty accurate, actually - though it could be applied to any US held Olympics as well - or UK, or EU, or Russian - or.....

Thank you for your words!

I am also preparing the "Alternative China Olumpics medals"... LOL
This will be fun!
I am honoured by your words, and you are welcomed to use my graphics if you like.
Art can carry a very direct message and with great impact.
Making art for a just purpose is a very nice way to express yourself!
Or that's what i think.

This is also very nice work! :)

It would make a very nice animated cartoon...!
And of course, these pictures also expresses the true spirit of the Games.
They don't use lions anymore, but cruelty is the same and fresh as ever.

Here is a flash animation of Chinese brutality for 2008 Olympics. This one can be shared on your site(s) if you wish.

Gotta be in my top fav's

Hello Simmi,

I thought the video in your link was dead after i couldn't load it. (It DID work later, though)
I searched in YouTube to find it, and i came across so many videos "explaining" the situation
in China. It seems clear by the many videos posted there that the Olympics are (and always were)
a Major propaganda event that They do not want to be "spoiled" by "petty" things such as human rights.
So much disinformation! The Machine is working full time....

Very nice link this link of yours though! Thanks a lot.

Yeah, it's pretty neat..

Erm, sorry, I thought it was a valid URL, works fine here.
Here is another link on the actual site that uses it and provides a share link.

As for the Olympics, they are one of best examples of the "circus" portion of the old Roman "bread and circuses" to pacify the sleeping masses.
The petty nationalism is stupid beyond words.
Perhaps, the Olympics are a celebration of human achievement and excellence in the field of athletics.
The athletes are not professional, and display their grace, beauty, courage, and dedication as a gift to
all of humanity. Governments and protesters attempt to exploit this tribute to what is creative and
magnificent in our physical manifestation for their selfish agendas. This is predation upon the athletes and the heritage of this celibration, plain and simple. The protesters actions are no different in principle than the governments they protest. The energy spend upon this protest of the Chinese government policy is laudable in itself, but betrays its motive by abusing the Olympic heritage and the athletes. Perhaps you could do some graphics exposing the Israeli sponsored concentration camp in Gaza or the US genocide in Iraq. Spyraal, you are a talented man, I hope you use these talents well.

Well, the athletes are no longer professional, they are able to receive money now, quite a bit, usually. It's been that way for a while. There is also a ton of fascist/illuminati symbolism in the whole Olympic thing (torches, etc.). And they have in the modern era been a huge support for nationalism (the one thing that united East and West during the Cold War!), and now they are a huge support for corporate consumer capitalism and pharmaceutical "enhancements." So I have a hard time romanticising the whole thing.

The Chinese government is a vicious pathocratic regime as is the U.S., Israel, the U.K., Japan, Russia, Europe, etc., etc. (all the imperial powers) so I think it is appropriate to use the Olympics to criticize their actions, and when the Olympics are in one of those other countries to use it to highlight their abuses.

My take on it.

Really??? So, if the Olympics were in the U.S. and people around the world protested Guantanamo, etc., etc., would you say that the protesters' actions were no different than torturing prisoners held without charge? Or are you upset that your subjective enjoyment of the athletes' supposed "grace, beauty, courage, and dedication" is spoiled by rude demonstrators pointing out some truths?

The only reason I can think to be sceptical of the demonstrations this year is they are probably egged on by the U.S./CIA in its imperial competition with China, as were the Tibet protests, so there is surely a lot of hypocrisy there, but if the Olympics were held in the U.S. this year, we would probably think the U.S. deserved the embarrasing protests. So why exempt China from a little artistic protest of their pathocratic regime? China is an integral part of the new corporate global fascism of massive profits based on incredibly cheap exploited labor.

Anyways, can you elaborate on what you mean by "principle" in this context?
