It does indeed sound like some good stuff. According to the info the seeds help increase the autoimmune system which should come in handy this time of year as well. I'll be picking some up when I get home. It seems like the pill form (containing the oil) is the most common for medicinal use so I'll probably start with a bottle of those. Thanks again for the additional info!
