In my view, whatever Hoagland says should be taken with a grain of salt, especially concerning his understanding (or lack of it) of Hyperdimensional Physics. He does seem to have good inside information on the hidden NASA politics though and his team seems to be quite good at discovering aritificial structures in the solar system.
His latest theory is that the diamond-shaped Asteroid Steins was an artifical structure:

Taking all the evidence together, this theory seems quite compelling. How convenient indeed that the close-up camera "malfunctioned" just 9 minutes before the Rosetta spacecraft flew by this asteroid last year.
