Well, actuaclly should've been this song, dedicated to the 'elites' or silent evildoers; taking the bribery and abandoning all hope of doing the moral thing. Here's an interesting interpretation of the lyrics.

So, I watched this and right in the beginning thought of Laura as the young girl playing the wood flute. Laura starts the 'frequency' conversation and then through the years others follow to add their frequency to the 'music' which leads to a great change in our own cosmic 'village square'. Just a thought.
