Yes, I have. And, I have a DVD of it. Here is the IMDB URL where you may read more about it:

If you are in the market, here is the URL to Amazon.com, where used DVD are on sale for $3.97 US each:

My DVD states that there are subtitles available in English, French, Japanese and Korean.

You didn't state what you are wanting to know from one who has seen the movie. I would tell you that it is, in my opinion, a pretty good movie, still entertaining 25-years after release. It is much more than a comedy; there aren't any "rolling-in-the-aisles" moments in it for me, but several amusing ones. IMDB lists the genres as comedy, drama and thriller; it is all of those for sure. They state is was a satire based on the novel The Better Angels by Charles McCarry.

There are so many things portrayed by this movie that have become apparent to the awakened, and have mirrored real life since its release that it makes me wonder just who the book's author and/or the screenwriter (also director and producer) Richard Brooks were connected with. I wouldn't be at all surprised if this movie was a discussion piece for the confabs at Bohemian Grove in the ensuing years of 1982.

I heard about it somewhere a couple of years ago as being a good description in some ways of the shadow government, the unseen puppet masters, etc. I had just started a small collection of films that describe anything remotely related to the unseen rulers. I bought this movie about a year ago to add to that collection.

There is a good description of the movie's content at the IMDB site, below the credits in User Comments. I am typing in below what is on the back of my DVD. If you have other questions, I'll try to help you out.

Political double-talk, dirty tricks, hidden microphones, spy satellites, bugging the Oval Office and a nuclear bomb for sale are all ingredients in this swift, funny and frightening look at the possibilities in today's political arenas. Sean Connery stars as globe-trotting ace TV news reporter Patrick Hale, who is on the trail of a terrorist offering the sale of a nuclear bomb to a Mid-East oil country. Hale juggles Arab sheiks and international intelligence agents to get at the story. Meanwhile, the President (George Grizzard) tries to convince the public there is no bomb to save his career, while his main opponent {Locksmith adds Leslie Nielsen} in the upcoming election tries to buy the bomb to prove it exists and discredit the President, and General Wombat (Robert Conrad) wants to just bomb the whole Middle East. The frenzied plot is hilarious, yet its close parallels to today's front page news add an ominous element of fright.

Thanks Locksmith
