Trick for higher quality Youtube

Just thought I would share this thingy I discovered as its really cool

You can append &fmt=18 to the end of a Youtube video's URL to see it in higher quality. This won't work for every single video but for vast majority it will, and sometimes the difference is pretty dramatic.

For example take Metamorphosis's excellent video from this thread:
http://www.cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php?topic=9677.msg72508#msg72508

Normal link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnCk-asqtBw

Higher quality link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wnCk-asqtBw&fmt=18

Some videos have "watch in high quality" underneath them, but most do not, so the above method can be used to increase their quality anyway.
For example see Bholanath's amazing drumming video in this thread:
http://www.cassiopaea.org/forum/index.php?topic=9913.0

Normal link:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=snpdCU4qmuc

It has the "watch in high quality" link already below the video (although its easy to overlook it if you are not looking for it).
The &fmt=18 also increases the sound quality and also makes it stereo (if it was uploaded in stereo).

It does make quite a difference.

Yeah, I learnt that not so long ago also! I've uploaded some of my own videos, and while I use the exact same method for each of them, for some reason the "Watch in High Quality" option is only present on some of them, even though the "&fmt=18" trick works on all of them.
