I think it's some kind of a scam. These people are going around and peddling supposedly deeply discounted furniture from their large truck. Saw them in the neighborhood today. The logo on the truck says, "Thomasville, North Carolina".

the furniture is either stolen, or counterfeit, or not really discounted. And hopefully they are not casing the neighborhood as they are going around, that's one more possibility to worry about.
