The Lake Michigan Monster?

Could indeed be a Loch-Ness type of creature. Doesn't look like something non living being washed up to me but rather a living thing snaking on the Pier and snaking back into the waters. It looks similar to some of the footage from Loch Ness that I consider to be likely the real deal. In accord with what the C's said on 23 October 1994:

Q: (L) {One of my kids} wants to know what the Loch Ness Monster is?

A: Serpent. 40 feet long average. There are 51 in the lake. They live in underwater cavern system and are leftovers from pre-cataclysmic times.

Would be interesting to know if there are known underwater caves on that coast. Could very well live there.
