Telesio Galilei Academy of Science a Fraud?

Yes, DR's Nexus Magazine has a monthly magazine published also in Italy, translated in Italian, together with its own staff, website and forum.

It figures. What do you want to bet Duncan Roads gets an honorary "Doctorate" from the Telesio Galilei Academy in the near future?

Great news Laura! Now if in France they went after that political appointed mask wearing witch hunter gang of GF's, that would be even better.

Hello. I hit on Cassiopeia following a Google search for Bruno Denantes – and I’m mighty glad that I did………

Two weeks ago I was called by a salesman pushing me shares in a “Pre-IPO opportunity” in a company called DNI Mining Shareholders Ltd, supposedly with interests in Lake Darlot and Lake Irwin, Perth (WA), an area with uranium deposits potentially worth $4.3bn. Apparently there are agreements between DNI and Yellow Energy Plc to explore this area – Western Australia having prohibited uranium mining until 2008. DNI is raising £1m from UK investors, of which only £400k is allocated to “exploration programs”. Nowhere in the prospectus is the cost of the offer (ie sales commissions) quoted – which I see as a worrying sign!

Yellow Energy’s shareholders include:
• Allied Gold Resources
• Allied Oil & Gas
• Dome Petroleum Resources
• Jurassica Oil & Gas
• Phoenix Resources
• Kappa International
• Wharf Resources
• Octagon Capital

DNI’s registered address is – you guessed it – Airport House, Purley Way.
See _http://www.dnims.com Its directors are:
• Christian Corda
• Bruno Denantes
• Michael Goodrich (also Co Sec)
• Michael Goddard
• Ivan Steele

Now what really set me wondering when I skimmed the prospectus was that none of these illustrious chaps has any mining experience, let alone in uranium (which I’m sure is a pretty specialised field). The salesman told me not to worry – they’ve a great track record in oil and gas (not exactly uranium, I thought!). It still didn’t sound right to me, so my wallet has remained in my pocket.

However, having found Cassiopaea only yesterday, nothing I’ve read on this forum is at all reassuring! I’m happy to string out the salesman with more questions, or indeed direct any to Goodrich (though I have only his email address), if anyone’s interested.

Interesting way that you came to learn more about this subject. It is indeed a tail. You may want to type in http://www.sott.net/ to read this Editor article on the subject of Telesio Galilei Academy of Science a Fraud.

Welcome to the forum, millen. :) Good idea keeping your wallet in your pocket on these investment matter's; or so it seems to me.

Thanks for the report Millen, it doesn't surprise us that Fucilla et al are continuing in their penny stock scams. These are seriously disreputable people who have probably defrauded many thousands of 'investors' who really weren't investing in anything other than the BS and hyperbole of Fucilla, Denantes and their gang of hoodlums. If you haven't read it yet, do read our exposé Corruption in Science: Francesco Fucilla and the Telesio-Galilei Academy of Science

Oh my! I read the 37 pages on this forum about Mr.Fucilla. I personally know this person and ehm... ok, you said everything about him!

I had a very nice time reading this and I thank all of you for the time you spent in researching information.

:- )

I'm sure you'll be asking yourselves why I'm writing here without adding any other information. I can just say THANK YOU!

LOL

You might want to check out the distillation of the information we collected

Feel free to share any personal insights. We haven't met the 'great man' himself, apart from a few phone call death threats! :scared:

I've read this enquiry with great interest but I faced difficulties following up information… Most links fail with a 404 error, which is understandable given their age. Still, using a search engine to trace back quotations is not successful. For instance, there is no trace of Fucilla's Global Energy Technology company claiming the invention of a 'water powered car'. They (and associated companies) rather seem to be busy with hydrogen-powered cars — often confused with "water-powered". Basically I am trying to trace at least one activity proving that their business is a scam. Do you have more recent (verifiable) pieces of information?

No one should be surprised that those links are no longer active. They were scams, and we exposed them, so they removed them.

You can find many of the now defunct websites on archive.org

For example

From our exposé, if you are unable to conclude that Fucilla et al are scamsters, I'm not sure what else to tell you. Perhaps the report that one of their head honchos was sent to prison for his "renewable energy" activities is enough?

One of Fucilla's sons was also on trial but got away with it.

Yes, this is sufficient as far as traceable information is concerned — for any reader who may not take the time to read the entire forum exchange. Using the Web archive is a great idea I had overlooked…
Thanks!
One question I did not ask you because I guess the answer: did they ever file a case against you as announced?
