A word of caution - we have noticed in our work in the QFS that it can be very difficult to determine an "essential" (genetic) psychopathy or pathology from those who are struggling with acquired narcissism or trauma. Programs can run very deep - even in those with the potential to learn. Best not to indulge in undue labelling simply because you have found a new concept for which "the shoe seems to fit". If you do suspect an inherited deviation however, I would strongly recommend reading some of the threads like:

My condolences for your loss. Could you clarify what "M.A.I" is though? I haven't heard of it before.
