a technical suggestion on the readouts for this fully operational battle station. ;D
there is a mod for SMF called "download system" that offers a central locale where forum users can access files available for download. aside from the simple functionality, there's some neat extras included like rating, comments, tracking number of downloads, etc...

thought this might be applicable for the Cass forum. the breathing program files could be posted, as well as perhaps PDFs of crucial documents (diet & health recipes/info), or anything else that falls under the rubric of file downloading...
the mod looks bug-free, as far as i can tell, and its security features were just recently upgraded.
