I just wanted to start this thread to let everyone know how life-changing my last week has been. Okay, I'm still caffeine/aspartame free after several weeks. I'm able to SLEEP now.
Not only that but I was determined this week to start waking up in the MORNING and going to bed at NIGHT. I had a tendency to keep finding things to do until 3-4 in the morning and sleep til 2pm. So this whole week I have been waking up between 5-6am and I am asleep by 8-9pm.
I feel like a brand new person. The brain fog is letting up. And the biggest thing is that I am not feeling the extreme fatigue I did on the poor schedule. Once it's bedtime, I'm tired, but during the day I have so much more energy.
I know I've seen it mentioned other places on the forum that fixing the sleep schedule can be of great benefit, but I couldn't imagine how much it could help me until I did it.
