Scarborough 'crocodiles' causing a bit of a stir..

Rarely does the Google news feed come up with anything of note, but this one caught my attention. Naturally, the video and the picture make it difficult to work out what exactly these are, but I enjoyed the attempts to dismiss the woman who captured the picture and video as 'partially submerged rocks', and in an initial version of the article I read, 'inflatables' (that particular gem came from a reptile expert). Either way, 'crocodiles' off the coast of the UK is an unlikely explanation to say the least..

Leatherback turtles? They can handle cooler waters, usually seen off the West coast though.
