Question regarding waves and "anti" waves...

The Living Force
We are taught that two EM waves, with the same frequency, same phase
produces the SUM of the two wave amplitudes and combines into a single
wave with no change in frequency and phase.

Likewise, two EM waves that are of the same frequency but is 180 degrees
out of phase with one another, results in zero amplitude, zero frequency, zero
phase, and completely eliminates both waves.

This EM wave can be light, waves in a pond, and many other sources.

Can anyone demonstrate how to do this with sound so that two different
sources can be completely silenced?

It is possible but very hard to do since "walls" must not exists to cause
reflections. Another hard part is, that one source must be 180 degrees
out of phase from one another - like two trumpet players.

Maybe this is simple concept posted here is what everything is about,
1D through 6D? What is hard to understand here is if thought-forms
have the same principles or is it something else?

The amplitude has to be the same for the above to be correct.

Sure, you will need two speakers, a microphone, some eletronics (to implement a phase delay line), etc.

I don't know, but I am guessing the answer is going to be in the math.
