Question about PaleoChristianity and relation between Jesus and Caesar

I read some information within the forum about PaleoChristianity, although I consider myself as a Christian I lack knowledge about the story of PaleoChristianity:
1)Could someone give me more background information about it? (date of creation, difference with current christianism...)
2) I also read here and there that there is a kind of link between Jesus and Caesar, could someone help to clarify what is their relation? (is it because of similarities in their life or kind of something else?...)
3) As PaleoChristian, what type of prayer do you do? Can you share some example?

From my part, I like the serenity prayer which is something like this:

God grant me the serenity
To accept the things I cannot change;
Courage to change the things I can;
And wisdom to know the difference.
