This phenomenon is on the rise across Europe. Recently there has been an increase of cases in Spain, and now on the Catalan coast and in the Balearic Islands.
I wonder what is going on.

What is the purpose of these punctures? The investigation is on and the police does not reject any hypothesis. Since the motivation, intent or purpose of these punctures is unknown.
