First off, apologies for I'm sure this has been talked about before. I can't find anything in the Search with the phrases I'm using though.
I would be interested to know where do you guys order your supplements and/or health food? I've been looking at prices of the supposed "supplements" locally and they are nothing short of robbery for what they are (I held a "magnesium" product in my hand out of which 40% was sugar according to labeling...). Pretty much everything from fish oil to vitamin C is either a forgery or a ripoff. Another case in point, apparently we pay for same amount of ALA six times more than they do in US!
The only supplement that I've been taking lately is fish oil, 900mg for 13-14 euros... reasonable, I think. So, there are more reasonably priced vitamins around there somewhere... or am I just too cheap?
