Monster

I've been wanting to see this move ever since I got great soundtrack called Music from and inspired by the movie Monster.

I saw it last night and I still cant shake it off- very very powerful.

It is based on the life of Aileen Wournos and inaccurately touted as "the first female serial killer biography".
Charlize Theron is unrecognizable in this movie and she actually won an Oscar for this brilliant transformation.
I am not implying Academy awards are any measure of sucesfull film art ;)

In any case for all those interested in studying human psychopathology this movie is a must see, but brace yourself it is really heavy and you will actually feel emotional pain while watching it.

Very good movie indeed. I remember watching it a couple of years ago and remembering Charlize seemed to become this person and the character she portrayed was like the scarecrow, bouncing off each fence, one side, she will kill you, and the other she transformed. Just an idea.

Yep! Theron`s strutting perfomance alone makes this worthwile. Christina Ricci as her friend is also very good.
