Informaciòn sobre el Yodo/Iodine information.

But unfortunately here, don't sell Lugol, and I can't order by internet. I have the doubt if it's Lugol what they sell in the links that I put :(

He encontrado esta pagina, puedes verificar

http://www.supersmart.com/es--Productos-especificos--Lugol-2--0650

I find this page, you can look

I will try to find where I had information to buy Lugol in Spain, today. I live in Canarias, here there is just one store in all the island that you can buy Lugol. Maybe contacting this store? But I know that you can buy Lugol in Spain. I will ask a friend where. As soon as I have the adress I will tell you.

You can check here, there is a phone number, call them and ask where you can buy directly at a store.

Good luck!

Suerte!!

Thank you so much Loreta for your answer :) but i live in Chile :/

and thanks munaychasumaq...

...but I'm already finding out, until I find my lugol ! :cool2:

Due to changes in the forum page, the links I shared with videos cannot be opened directly, so I have decided to put them back in with a direct entry to its view.

Here is the information about iodine that Sott radio in Spanish shared with his listeners.

TSH 2,09 normal
T4 estarìa entre 11,0 - 23,0 Yo. T4 19,1 normal
T3 estarìa entre 3,5 - 6-5 Yo. T3 4,1 normal
S-Anti-TPO menor a 100 Yo. 321 ???

Already placed in the iodine I want to share with you information that I have been investigating due to a contradiction found in my last analysis of TSH thyroid stimulating hormone.
Due to extreme tiredness, discomfort in the area of the kidneys and adrenals and a series of sores on the lips, I decide to go to the doctor and ask and urine and blood test.I took to urine test, one early in the morning and the other at night. Both normal.
The analysis of blood was in normal appearance, but something did not fit with the TSH. You see, according to the reference range in this part of Scandinavia:

TSH would be between 0.20 - 4.0 Me. TSH 2.09 normal

T4 would be between 11.0 - 23.0 Me. T4 19,1 normal

T3 would be between 3.5 - 6-5 Me. T3 4,1 normal

S-Anti-TPO less than 100 Me. 321 ???

If everything looked normal why i had a high level of antibodies attacking the lady thyroid? With the little energy I had, I started to investigate, I found Franz Suarèz's explanation that could explain it: According to the research of this specialist in metabolism and obesity he says that the normal thing is that the reference range of TSH should be 0.50 - 1.0 mU/L and that this range was obtained from people with thyroid disease, not from healthy people. This could indicate that I have clinical hypothyroidism, i.e. undiagnosed hypothyroidism, which could be a high possibility, according to the FS research, having a high TSH( 2.09 )means a weak production of TSH,reason why it was found a high TSH in my test ( in the case of hyperthyroidism is the opposite ) hence the reason for the antibodies.

If I have hypothyroidism I should say that I usually have no major symptoms, as part of the problem can be controlled with diet and Lugol iodine supplementation, but I think I have identified the "aggressor agent" that activates the antibodies,In my case it is the "stress": I am a waitress and during the summer and Christmas holidays, we have a large number of tourists visiting the city and this avalanche together with other factors of the company that contribute more to the chaos than to the order, make our working hours very hard.Emotionally I disconnect very easily and I can protect myself, but my physical body must make a great effort to "repel the attack" In this situation the diet is playing a fundamental role, although I have to say that I relaxed in the Lugol intake, on the advice of my therapist, some time ago I returned to the Lugol intake of 6 drops in the morning and 6 drops at night.I'm getting back to "normality".

I hope this information can help someone who is going through the same thing, I also leave you the links of Frank Suarèz´s information who'll explain much better about hypo and hyperthyroidism.:flowers:

If you have some suggestions will be welcome.
