In the Cs material knowledge is a central thing, logically the school analogy is used. So the passing from 3D to 4D is often called "graduation".

In France, the main graduation, A level (high school diploma) is called BACcalaureat or BAC.

Actually, BAC has also another meaning in French. It means river ferry, the one that helps you to go from one bank of the river to the other one (similar to the last task of Siddharta in Herman Hesse novel, it's also the core of Saint Christ hoper legend)

In mythology one very famous river crossing is the RUBIcon, it's the river that Julius Caesar would have decided to cross therefore opening a war.

Nowadays it means : "a bounding or limiting line; especially : one that when crossed commits a person irrevocably"

All that Dorothy needed to go back home was her RUBIshoes.

rubiCON includes the latin root "CON" that means "with"

Crossing the rubicon, crossing a bounding state, 3D STS ?

Crossing with the ruby ? From latin "rubeus" i.e. "red". Like Morpheus red pill ? like the alchemical red work ?

Makes you wonder which way it flows, time that is. Did Caesar influence the Matrix, or did the Matrix influence Caesar...

That was the first part of word. There is also the second part - latin laurea.
Laurea - laurel - (Laura, anyone?)
If we look for laurel in dictionary of symbols, "Triumph, Victory" come up.
And who is to triumph? Hero. Percefal. Who pierces the veil.
From Giordano Bruno's Heroic Frenzies:
C. Tell me, what is meant by those who praise themselves by means of the myrtle and the laurel?
T. Those who can and do win praise for themselves by the myrtle are those who sing of love. If these bear themselves nobly, they win the crown of that plant concecrated to Venus who inspires them with her frenzy. Those who can praise themselves by the laurel are those who sing worthily of heroic things, who instruct heroic souls through speculative and moral philosophy, or who celebrate those heroic souls and present them as exemplary mirrors of political and civil action.
So, the second part of BACcalaureat yields Hero as a destination, and the first part gives up ruby slippers (how to get there). Laurel is also an integral part of vaurel wrath of Olympic champions which could bring forth Olympus and Zeus - Zius. Just a thought.

Or the Matrix influence Caesar so that Caesar would then influence and / or help introduce certain changes in the program of the Matrix.

Caesar and the Roman Empire (from what I can see), was very much a part of the Matrix in every respect.

I found this little 'charmer' on the internet. He used to end ALL his speaches in the Roman Senate with "Ceterum censeo Carthaginem esse delendam" (Moreover, I advise that Carthage should be destroyed), regardless of what his speaches were about. I guess that proves that if you say something enough, over and over again, people will believe it and actually be conditioned to do what they are told.

The strange thing about Carthage is that it was 'said' to be founded by a phonecian princess who was a refuge from and area now known as being part of Lebanon, Israel and Syria. So, she and the Carthaginians may very well have had semetic origins.

And as far as Caesar goes, well, he fell foul of Cato's grandson (known as Cato the Younger).

Cato the Younger's son in law (daughter's 2nd marriage) was one of the conspirators who assassinated Caesar.

These people were certainly amazingly brutal and the parallels between then and modern society are certainly startling.
