The trailer of the movie The player came out wrongly. Delete it too please. I have to check the computer. Suddenly I get commercials that mess everything up. Thank you.

I discovered this movie online and watched last night. It takes reincarnation seriously, as well as sleep analysis and hypnotherapy. It was probably trying to capitalize on the rather sudden rise in popularity of the topic thanks to the by-then-mature hippie movement and the openness to eastern philosophies that came with it. It's also the year Raymond Moody's book Life After Life was released. Recommended.

Argument:
After fighting with her boyfriend on New Year's Eve, the rich and capricious Mané (Silvia Pinal) leaves furiously for Cuernavaca to meet her parents. The car breaks down on the road. The young woman receives help from the mechanic Cutberto Gaudázar "Cruci" (Pedro Infante). After verifying that the car's breakdown is serious, "Cruci" offers to take Mané back to Mexico City. Upon arriving at her house, the young woman invites the mechanic to celebrate the New Year without imagining that the innocent evening will end in real trouble.
Mané's parents (Sara García and Óscar Ortiz de Pinedo) arrive at Mexico's house to find that their daughter and the mechanic are asleep in the same bed and thinking the worst, they determine that they must get married to cleanse their daughter's honor. and the family and then divorce. They get married and decide to have their supposed honeymoon in Acapulco, Guerrero. However, when the couple arrives, "Cruci" is surprised to see his in-laws and his brother-in-law (Felix Gonzalez) in the country house, who begin to commit a series of mistreatments against him; Meanwhile, the mechanic struggles to win over his now wife, who despises him. "Cruci", tired of the mistreatment, decides to return to Mexico and return to his job with the mechanics. Mané's mother seeks him out to talk about the divorce but to reach an agreement, he demands to speak only with his wife.
When they start talking, "Cruci" demands from Mané that in order to give him a divorce from her, she must spend a full day with him alone.
