June 29, 2020 - President Donald Trump said in a tweet that US intelligence officials told him a report that the Russian government paid bounties for American and allied troops to be killed in Afghanistan wasn't credible, and therefore didn't brief him about it.

"Nobody briefed or told me, @VP Pence, or Chief of Staff #MarkMeadows about the so-called attacks on our troops in Afghanistan by Russians," he tweeted on Sunday (June 28). "Everybody is denying it & there have not been many attacks on us."

In a separate tweet late on Sunday, Mr Trump added: "Intel just reported to me that they did not find this info credible, and therefore did not report it to me or @VP."

The White House and Director of National Intelligence last Saturday denied the report, first published by the New York Times.
Russia's Foreign Ministry also dismissed it.

European Union nations formally extended economic sanctions against Russia on Monday (June 29) by six months until Jan 31 next year, the grouping of EU countries known as the European Council said.

European leaders had agreed to extend the sanctions at their summit on June 19, after discussing the state of the Minsk agreements, designed to bring peace to eastern Ukraine after Russia's annexation of Crimea in 2014.

"Given that full implementation has not yet been achieved, EU leaders took the political decision to roll over the economic sanctions against Russia," the Council said in a statement.

MOSCOW, July 2-RIA Novosti. The CEC summed up the results of voting on amendments to the Constitution based on the results of processing all 100 percent of the protocols.
So, according to the Central election Commission, the amendments were approved by 77.92 percent of Russians, 21.27 percent voted against.
Turnout in the whole country, according to the head of the CEC Ella Pamfilova, was 65 percent.
The all-Russian vote on amendments to the Constitution was held from June 25 to July 1. Initially, it was scheduled for April 22, but then postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic, and given the difficult epidemiological situation, it was decided to hold it for a whole week.
The amendments to the Constitution deal with new requirements for the President, members of the government and state officials at various levels. In addition, they strengthen the social guarantees of the state to citizens and change the terms of reference of the Parliament.

Nope! I must have misunderstood something about the changes to the constitution in that regard. Russian people can vote to adopt those changes on the first of July. If they vote for the adoption, Putin can theoretically stay in power for at least another 12 years after 2024!

And Putin doesn't discount that possibility, so it looks like there is a good chance that he will stick around a lot longer, assuming humanity makes it that far.

Turns out I didn't misunderstand the changes in that regard. The new constitution (that was approved now) only allows the president to have a max of two terms (2 X 6 years). The reason Putin can run for the presidency again for two additional terms is simply because the new constitution (and the two term limit) doesn't apply ex post facto (retroactive). So only from now on into the future.

President Vladimir Putin said on Friday (July 3) Russian society had shown unity by voting to back reforms allowing him to stay in power until 2036 and that Russians had felt the need for the changes in their hearts.

Putin, 67, also decreed the constitutional amendments would enter force on July 4 after they were backed by almost 78 per cent of Russians, according to official results, in a week-long vote that ended on Wednesday.

The Kremlin has hailed the landslide victory as a triumph for Putin, but critics said the vote was illegal and illegitimate.

Putin also used a meeting with officials broadcast on state television to try to poke fun at the US embassy in Moscow for flying the rainbow flag as part of LGBT pride celebrations.

"They have shown something about who is working there. But never mind... Our position is understood," said Putin, who has sought to distance Russia from liberal Western values and aligned himself with the Russian Orthodox Church.

This is a bit off topic; but to clarify some questions regarding the sale of Alaska by Russia from a recent reading meeting.
This is part of a broader article about the history of the deep state from Strategic Culture Foundation.
It speaks about the attempt to create a one-belt road from East to West by leaders in the U.S. and Tsarist Russia during the civil war.

Everything happens for the first time. So that's what we haven't had yet! Before that, there were governors who were accused of various kinds of theft and fraud, and this one just stood out! WASHINGTON July 14, 2020 - NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine said Tuesday he still expected support from Russia’s space corporation in its Artemis moon program despite Moscow’s space chief slamming the U.S.-led lunar effort.

r

Bridenstine said in an interview with Reuters on Tuesday “the relationship between NASA and Roscosmos is solid” and emphasized that international partners will play a key role in NASA’s plan to land humans on the lunar surface by 2024 and construct a space station orbiting the moon.

“I’ve got a good relationship with Dmitri Rogozin, so I’m hopeful that there are opportunities for us to continue to collaborate,” Bridenstine said, referring to the general director of Russia’s state space corporation Roscosmos. But Rogozin called the moon program in an interview with Komsomolskaya Pravda on Monday a “political project” and likened it to NATO, the Western military alliance Russia has long shunned.

“With the lunar project, we are witnessing the departure of our American partners from the principles of cooperation and mutual support that have developed with the ISS,” Rogozin said. “Frankly speaking, we are not interested in participating in such a project.”The Trump administration in May unveiled an international pact called the Artemis Accords, aiming to leverage its existing relationships on the International Space Station and welcoming agreements with “like-minded” countries to help build a long-term presence on the moon under current international space law.

NASA expects Russia to deliver its offer of an airlock for the Lunar Gateway, a planned outpost in lunar orbit to be built by a mix of private companies and countries and a key piece to the Artemis program.

For two decades the U.S. space relationship with Russia has been largely insulated from geopolitics on Earth, party due to NASA’s reliance on Soyuz launch vehicles for trips to the space station. NASA is now preparing to fly its astronauts on new space capsules from SpaceX and Boeing Co.

Russian private firm MTKS to make four prototypes of reusable spacecraft for $136 mln

MOSCOW, July 15, 2020 - A Russian private company MTKS will make four prototypes of the Argo reusable spacecraft at the price of $136 million, the company’s board chairman Sergei Sopov told TASS.

"The cost of creating four prototypes is $136 million. This includes manufacturing, stand-alone tests and all pre-launch works. The cost of the launch itself is not included into the fee," Sopov said.

The main function of Argo is to deliver supplies to an orbital station. The Soyuz-2.1b carrier rocket will be used during initial trials, while Soyuz-SPG methane-powered reusable rocket is being considered as a possible delivery vehicle for the spacecraft in the future. Earlier, Sopov said 58% of Argo will be made of composite materials. Some of the spacecraft’s components will be manufactured at a plant built in the Central Russian city of Voronezh in 2019.

The spacecraft has a cargo module of 11 cubic meters. Its diameter is 4.1 meters, height - 5.6 meters, total weight - 11.5 tonnes. It can deliver two tonnes of cargo to the orbit and bring one tonne back to the earth. The spacecraft can spend up to 300 in space as part of an orbital station, or one month in an autonomous flight. It can be reused at least 20 times.

Russian shaman who vowed to banish Putin taken in for psychiatric tests
A Siberian shaman detained by police while trekking to Moscow on what he said was a mission to drive President Vladimir Putin out of the Kremlin has been taken into a psychiatric hospital for evaluation, a regional health ministry said on Friday.

Alexander Gabyshev became a media curiosity when he set off in March on a more than 8,000 kilometer (4,970 miles) walk to Moscow, a journey he said would culminate with him banishing Russia’s leader whom he described as a demon.

His odyssey was abruptly cut short on Thursday after nearly 3,000 kilometers however when police in Buryatia detained him on a highway in Siberia over an unspecified crime in his native region of Yakutia.

Yakutia’s health ministry said in a statement on Friday that Gabyshev had been taken to a psychiatric hospital where medical specialists planned to evaluate his mental health.

“If pathologies are identified with the patient in question, then we are ready to provide qualified medical help,” it said.

Amnesty International has condemned his detention, saying that “the shaman’s actions may be eccentric, but the Russian authorities’ response is grotesque.”

Shamanism, a belief that it is possible to communicate with and harness the energy of what practitioners perceive to be the spirit world, is practiced in various parts of Russia.

He's been released. Let the show go on...

MOSCOW - President Vladimir Putin said the Russian navy will get 40 new ships and vessels this year, as he attended a naval parade in St. Petersburg on Sunday marking the Navy Day in Russia.

The parade in St. Petersburg and the nearby town of Kronshtadt featured 46 ships and vessels and over 4,000 troops and aimed to “demonstrate the growing power of our navy,” Putin said Friday.

He said 40 ships and vessels of different classes will enter service this year, and that the Russian navy will be equipped with hypersonic weapons to boost its combat capabilities.

Opening the parade, he said that “six more vessels for the far-sea zone were laid down at Russia's three leading shipyards” in the past few days.

The Kremlin has made military modernization its top priority amid tensions with the West that followed Moscow’s 2014 annexation of Crimea.

Similar parades marking Russia’s Navy Day on Sunday took place in the Far Eastern cities of Vladivostok and Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsk, Sevastopol in the annexed Crimea, the seaport towns of Severomorsk and Baltiysk, Kaspirsk in the south of Russia and the port city of Tartus in Syria.

Earlier this week Putin attended a ceremony of keel-laying of new warships in Crimea and pledged to continue an ambitious program of building new warships, saying that Russia needs a strong navy to defend its interests and “help maintain a strategic balance and global stability.”

Russian web is abuzz, because Tsargrad (Russian conservative/provoslavic TV channel) with million subscribers was banned on Youtube. Apparently due to US sanctions, or some other similar excuse.

This is an unprecedented move for a Russian speaking channel with so many subscribers, and people see it as a clear political and ideological message.

ADDED: Apparently other YT channels and Google accounts were also blocked, like the channel of Alexandr Dugin (Russian political analyst, philosopher, and strategist). Here's what he wrote on his FB account (FB automatic translation from Russian):

Tonight youtube and google blocked my channel with philosophical lectures and my mail account. No explanation, no reason. As many know, there were almost exclusively philosophical lectures on Platonism, Aristotle, phenomenology and psychology. All of this will now be on paideuma. tv

We are preparing an English-speaking online congress on the Fourth Political Theory on August 1 at 20 pm Moscow time. Perhaps my welcome speech became a formal occasion for closing the channel. But she was closed, I planned to open it later. But even zero views can scare mad dogs of liberalism. They are vulnerable, cowardly and reinsured. And at the same time, you can understand what DECISIVE meaning ideas are. Fighting for the future is the struggle of ideas first and foremost.

That's what a conclusion should be drawn. Also closed all other youtube channels related to me-geopolitika.ru, Paideuma, etc. Total cleansing, liberal GestaPo. Welcome.

Here's this speech, which probably became a trigger of repression: http://paideuma.tv/en/video/first-online-conference-first-online-conference-fourth-political-theory-1-august-2020-fourth#/?playlistId=0&videoId=0

What are the conclusions? Liberalism is an extremist intolerant totalitarian ideology, and its technical tools, which appear to be ′′ neutral ", are tools for ideological terror. Now Soros and YouTube / Google activists together with BLM, antifa and LGBT+ are waging a US civil war against more conservative Trump. That is, everything is according to plan. With this in mind, liberalism should be banned as an aggressive totalitarian sector using terrorist methods. Fighting liberalism is the duty of every decent person.

All courses and lectures will be continued on paideuma channel. tv. If anyone has ideas on how to help develop our educational portal paideuma. tv, we would appreciate it.

Россия без рассмотрения вернула Киеву ноту из-за парада в Севастополе

Russia returned a note to Kiev without consideration because of the parade in Sevastopol

On Smolenskaya square, they did not even consider the protest note sent by the Ukrainian foreign Ministry because of the naval parade held in Sevastopol on July 26 on the occasion of the day of the Navy, TASS reports.
The Russian foreign Ministry confirmed that they had seen the statement of the Ukrainian side. It was returned to Kiev "without consideration in accordance with established practice." Moscow recalled that Russia arranges festive events without coordinating them with foreign countries.
Recall that earlier Ukraine even filed a complaint personally to the UN Secretary General in connection with the celebration of the Russian Navy day in Sevastopol. Before that, Ukrainians were dissatisfied with the holding of a parade in Crimea on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war.

The foreign Ministry explained the situation with strange messages to Russians from the US state Department (PHOTO)
06.08.2020 - 17:41
The official representative of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia, Maria Zakharova, said that Russian citizens began to receive strange messages on the phone with a link to the website of the us special services. She explained that the letters may be related to a special program of the state Department.

"Barrel of jam & a basket of cookies»

This morning many Russians received amazing messages on their mobile phones: "The US state Department offers up to $10 million for information about interference in the us election. If you have any information, please contact us."

And then a link to the website of the American diplomatic security Service. Easier — the site of the special services.

What are these letters of happiness?

The fact is that the US state Department has launched the "Reward for justice" program, the essence of which has nothing to do with noble messages. Everything is primitive, since it is based on the usual for American security forces: report — get.

"Get", of course, is embellished as in the advertising of a growing financial pyramid.

Mike Pompeo, the current Secretary of state and previously Director of the CIA, launched this denunciation yesterday.

What is the information about the intervention? What criteria are suggested to follow? And most importantly: on what basis is this campaign being conducted? There are no answers and there can't be, as there are no norms of ethics, morality and law under this.

Through all their platforms, American "diplomats" intend to collect "information" about alleged or ongoing Russian interference in the American elections. Publications have already been published in social networks, including on specially created accounts for this case, and SMS mailing has been organized. And all this is accompanied by a quiet but methodical collection of personal data. Any concerns or doubts about the cleanliness of such proposals, according to the authors, should be lulled by dreams of a reward of up to 10 million dollars.

The" hand of the Kremlin " was not found by American prosecutors or judges, and no one found it. Now they will "search" the population, solving purely pragmatic tasks.

Imagine, for a second, a mirror situation: the Russian foreign Ministry directly addresses American citizens and announces the collection of information about Washington's interference in Russian domestic politics, offering a website for feedback, say, the FSO, and then sends AN SMS to the address of an American mobile operator.

Presented? Now let them present it in Washington.

Calling for money to talk about interference in American elections, American intelligence agencies unceremoniously interfere in our lives. What is this, if not a real hybrid attack? " - wrote the official representative of the foreign Ministry on its page in the social network.
