I think this board is maybe the right place for this report. It shows just what the EU really stands for - corporations first and foremost. Who'd want just the option to replace a faulty product when there's a chance that the replacement offered might be again faulty. Some years ago I bought an electric bike and the motor failed. So did 2 replacements and it was only by instigating legal action that I eventually got my money back.
