The C’s said that ear implants are used to monitor people, and that a sign of this is a ringing in the ear.
I would like to know what those doing the monitoring do after they take the information? Do they just do nothing and it’s literally just keeping tabs, or is the information they collect always used to then influence the person with the implant, like beam them (or whatever) with things that alter their mood or their thought patterns in an attempt to divert them or derail them, cause depression or mood issues or physical problems.
So specifically, again, the various things that the hyperdimensional overlords can do to humans to influence them and control them, are these things often done after they have gathered information from an ear implant?
