Just found this article that truly shocked me:
_Dutch in court for running dark web service from NATO bunker; 250,000 crimes committed
Then I found this was reported back in May 2019
_German police shut down one of world's biggest dark web sites
_Three Germans Who Allegedly Operated Dark Web Marketplace with over 1 Million Users Face U.S. Narcotics and Money Laundering Charges
Although in the last links the Dutch people mentioned in the fist article are missing (at least not explicitly mentioned), so maybe they were arrested later.
Anyway it gave me a headache just by going through the articles.
Worst thing is that probably this is just a tiny example of the full and real evil which lays behind.
