Here is the question as I can frame it at the moment:
Have the PTB advanced but 3D stealth techniques to spy computers through Internet, techniques which bypass firewall or antivirus and are undetectable?

Probably. As the Cs say: even the walls have ears.

Nowadays, There is NO such thing as privacy. NONE. Satellites can "see" and "here" anything down here they want. This is no longer science fiction. Is there privacy in thinking about our higher selves. BUT, do not let fear rule your actions, for this may do more damage than good. For fear is what the mainstream religions use. Be who you are, Do what you need to do. Bear the fruits of your labor for the body is temporary, and the "soul" lives on. MeThinks...

My wife told me something I gotta pass along.

Do not post something in the social media that would embarrass/upset your mother or grandmother... :) :) :)

edit: spelling AGAIN... :P :P :P

I would say so. Mainly because Governments are known to hire the best computer and internet specialists they can get. Also, since Government paychecks can be big and regularly paid, there's probably no shortages of hacker-capable people making themselves highly available.

Common sense suggests to me that since firewalls and antivirus are programmed with specific algorithms, all you need to know is how to compare what the programs do against the potentials of the system as a whole in order to find a security breach or two or three. One person can neither know everything nor defend against everything.

If I had to bet money, I'd say the answer to your question is either yes or "real soon now...whoops, there it is!" :)

Thank you Laura and all for your answer. The problem with questions related to technology, is that there's certainly a lot of different layers of actors who have each access to a different level of technology so a different easiness to reach their goal.

So the question would be more to know who today, have the ability to access data stored in any computer, but it would be more by curiosity of my techi side than really helpful I think.
