Well, it's not a recipe video per se (mostly Harrison was having fun);D, but the recipe is shared on the video description.

I love the new videos! Especially the piggy in wells boots! The brownies and bread look gorgeous!

Thanks so much for the videos!

As for the titles/description, I think it would be good if you keep them "SEO-friendly" (Search Engine Optimization). So for example, assuming people are looking for paleo/keto recipes, "Delicious Paleo Bread! Yes, it's possible." is a better title than "Guacamole Recipe". Why not "Paleo Guacamole Recipe - yummy!" (Google pays special attention to the first word in a title, while the "yummy" makes it more interesting for the human).

In the descriptions, you could put a short sentence as an introduction, for example "Yummy Guacamole for everyone on a Paleo or Keto diet. Learn more about a healthy diet:"

Just some suggestions - but since I stumbled across Laura's work/the forum through a simple youtube-comment by someone, I think some people might find their way here by researching the keto/paleo diet and checking out the links. Fwiw.

Be my guest. ;)

Hey I have almost finished transcribing, how should I send them to you when I am finished?

That's also not quite a recipe video, but Karyn was interviewed and you'll see a few demonstrations of the texture of the bread and all. And of course, Harrison having fun as well.

 :halo:

Thank you for this recipe. I have only one question. Is the xylitol necessary in this dish. I dont have a xylitol and i was asking if i can make it without a xylitol. And do the big T letters mean Tea spoons ?. Since i`m from Europe i`m used more to use grams and ml. But it looks delicious and i want to try to make it.

T=tablespoon (3 teaspoons)=15 mL. And as long as you're doing the savory bread, it will probably work just fine without xylitol.

I think a bit of sweetness helps to cover the pork taste, but if you don't mind pork I don't think that will be a problem.

Huxley and I made the meatloaf yesterday, used a mincer rather than a blender. Was delicious, definitely the best way to eat liver. Going to add hearts next time too :D

Thanks again!!
