It doesn't seem that they were speaking too fast for subtites, so normal transcription shoud be fine.
 
Oooh, looks yummy! I like the new guacamole and meatloaf recipes. Very good idea to mix the liver with meatloaf, i'm definitely gonna try those recipes! :cool:

Thank you, Chu, for this - I am not a very good cook, but intend to become one and this thread will be very helpful, as I am a rather visual person and videos will thus help a lot.

Also thanks to Keyhole for posting the Sott articles on the benefits of organ meats - exactly what I need to know.
