Canadian Orwellian world: Lockdowns, vaccines passports and more

Imagine counter-protesting against freedom. Imagine what kind of person you'd have to be.

Oh. THAT kind of person.

At a strategic level, having rallies without a clearly defined purpose makes a kind of sense. The point is not to to complain about one specific issue - that presupposes that the regime is legitimate, is seen as legitimate, and is open to changing specific policies on the basis of popular discontent. It says 'we think you're all basically good guys, but you're misguided on this one particular thing and we're hoping we can change your mind.'

As we all know, that isn't the case. The regime is not legitimate, and it has precisely no intention of listening to the people on any matter. We can yell ourselves hoarse and they'll just wait until we go home and then continue doing what they were going to do regardless. Or maybe they'll send in the storm troopers to bust some heads.

On the other hand, a rally with no clear message sends the implicit message that, we don't think you're legitimate, and we're here to make sure you know that. This is deeply unsettling to the pathocrats. That's especially the case if the ralliers avoid giving any excuse for a police crackdown - it puts the psychopaths in an awkward position, where they really WANT to shut down the rally as its very existence is a threat, but if they do so they'll erode their legitimacy even further by attacking peaceful people who are just kind of there, smiling and having a good time.
plus to all you wrote is the concept that people were there FOR freedom, not necessarily against anything (except lack of freedom). That's very general, and wrong when you get to specifics, but it is more empowering and cohesive to come together FOR something, rather than just AGAINST something.

This is a recent interview from Dr. David Martin posted Feb 16th this year. Apologies if this has been posted previously.

Dr. David Martin proves Justin Trudeau is in on the BIO-Terrorism plot he's a very willing participant in the Scamdemic and treason not only to his country also to humanity.

Clarifies an email sent to him from a fact checker, Alie Swenson asking for clarification of statement he made in 2020 regarding Justin Trudeau and the government involvement in the production of mRNA technology produced through UBC. He clarifies and proves his truth.

This was posted on the main corona virus thread.
I quote it here, since the information deals with Canadian concerns.

This event, the Gala, in the photo below almost passed unnoticed, at least it wasn’t on any mainstream news feeds.
I caught it on a telegram thread.

Had I not followed Dr. David Martins arduous and tenacious digging up dirt on Trudeau, as well as the horrifying evidence that Trudeau was involved in gaining great financial wealth, or as Dr. Martin so eloquently puts it, guilty of racketeering, from the sales of every injection, I might not have noticed the details in this tweet.

Looks like a private medical mafia awards party, held to honour the money maker “Medical Stars”.

Acuitas is the company that holds the rights and patent of the synthetic mRNA envelope concoction that delivers the genetic Frankenstein mashup in the injections, that the keener UBC university students developed.

There is the “Saint” Bonny Henry, in all her unmasked grinning glory, being honoured for the devastating deaths of confined and vulnerable elders, in the concentration camps, formally called “Care Homes” in British Columbia, Canada.

A bit of news on the lawsuits against Bonnie Henry, happening oh, so slowly out here in B.C.
There was a bit of a “win” for our side, at least the case will get a court date.

“A judge has dismissed a bid by Dr. Bonnie Henry to have a legal challenge to several of her COVID-19 health orders thrown out of court.”

“The petition filed by an advocacy group argues the provincial health officer’s orders requiring vaccinations for health care workers are unconstitutional and should be set aside.
The Canadian Society for the Advancement of Science in Public Policy also alleges the orders fail to provide reasonable exemptions and accommodations for people with religious objections, vaccination risks, immunity from prior injection and recent negative COVID testing.”

“In his ruling on the dismissal application, Justice Simon Coval said the orders directly affected members of a defined and identifiable group in a serious way that, at least on the surface, affects their Charter rights.”
“This raises substantial questions that meet the threshold of ‘clearly not frivolous’,” said the judge.”

Well, looks like Alberta also has a judge willing to take these issues into the court.

Judges rule against provincial health officers in B.C. and Alberta

By Harley Sims
May 8, 2022

“The B.C. ruling echoes a trend from last week that saw an Alberta judge tell provincial health officer Dr. Deena Hinshaw that she could not use “cabinet confidentiality” to avoid answering questions in court about her discussions with government leaders.

Like Henry, Hinshaw is facing a civil suit over the constitutionality of her public health orders.

“In the context of this specific evidence and this specific case, the public interest in disclosing Dr. Hinshaw’s answers to the questions posed by the court outweighs the public interest in keeping the evidence confidential,” Court of Queen’s Bench Justice Barbara Romaine ruled on Apr. 26.

On Apr. 6, Hinshaw’s lawyers had used cabinet confidentiality to object to three questions about whether the Kenney government had directed any of her recommendations. At the time, Romaine had asked Hinshaw the questions “in camera” (or behind closed doors), with neither counsel nor the public privy to the answers.

These questions included whether Premier Jason Kenney or cabinet members had ever directed her to impose more severe restrictions than she’d recommended, or to impose – against her own advice – stricter measures on certain groups such as churches, gyms or small businesses. Romaine also asked whether cabinet had ever rejected or ignored Hinshaw’s recommendations to loosen restrictions.”

“Romaine’s ruling means that Hinshaw’s answers must be revealed in open court, although it’s not yet known when that will happen. The government lawyers have also stated they’ll appeal the ordered disclosure.”

Here is a discussion with Bruce Pardy (professor of law) who offers up his take on Bill 100 (and more by default).

People may or may not always agree with Pardy, however the context - what he brings to light that many don't consider, are the differences and ones rights between criminal law and everyday regulatory law that can also carry sanctions (difficult to have even a forum to argue regulatory rights); and constitutional law will not apply to the latter. There is also a look at how legality is applied and not applied, and the devil is in the details. There is the 'slipper slide' on the slope we are all in now into adverse isims - right down to social credit scores and what it will mean.

The other thing Pardy discusses is the framework around the party in power and their mandate given to them by vote. After the fact, it does not matter what people think unless it is a majority of what people think. Then there is the alternative note that may worry the elect, whoever when they are all signing from the same song sheet on issues, this leaves citizens nowhere to go. So, when it came to the propaganda of let's say covid and the policies and mandates therein, these things are not easily derailed (even if it is based on fact that makes a mockery of the rule) because they have the majority believing - that is all they care about, acting on the majority believes. Thus, manipulating a majority to nod their heads is enough, offer up polls that show a majority of what people think, while any minority will carry no weight, even if it is shown to be true, on certain subjects (part of the inconsistency of the political class to do what they do and remain in however).

[INTERVIEW] Bill 100 – Ontario’s Slide Into A Social Credit System -Bruce Pardy, Law Professor

Government and Covid-19, Police, Protests, What the Experts Say / By Gord Parks / May 3, 2022
For those following Ontario’s laws, Bill 100, passed April 13, 2022, is just another leading the province well down an already well-worn path to a social credit system, according to Bruce Pardy, Exec. Dir. of Rights Probe and Professor of Law.

Join us for this sobering interview, as Pardy dissects Bill 100’s scope–which many say will outlaw protests and allow for the seizure of houses–and highlights the enormous powers now given to law enforcement.

Couple good pieces on Substack.

First is a Canadian journalist I've been following for a while, who put out an open letter requesting asylum from any country that will grant it:

The main reason why you, a host country, should accept me, a refugee, is simply because it is the right thing to do. Freedom is important to fight for! If all I can contribute in this fight for freedom is to give a figurative middle finger to the WHO/WEF global elite who spent the past two years with their boots on my neck, then I will attempt to do so. Picture the headlines. There is no reason we can’t make these headlines a reality.

“Canadian Man Fleeing Oppressive Trudeau Regime Takes Refuge in Rwanda ”

”Sweden Grants Legal Asylum To Canadian
Refugee”

" Canadian Refusenik Claims Legal Refugee Status In Ecuador”

“El Salvador Welcomes Canadian Refuge”

The reason I use Sweden as an example is that they have been at the vanguard of “herd immunity” theory, and they are obsessed with refugees, so I naturally think they might be a good fit.

The reason I mention Ecuador is because they harbored Julian Assange that one time — I am not trying to compare myself to Assange — I am just pointing out that they have shown a willingness to entertaining heterodox asylum claims.

The second is a heartfelt essay by a woman trapped in British Columbia:
I am one of over 6 million Canadians who are currently forbidden to board an airplane, train, boat or long-haul bus to travel across Canada or leave Canada. The Federal Ministry of Transportation put this rule into effect in October 2021. Now it is late April 2022. The Federal Government of Canada continues to refuse to lift this travel ban. Period. No comment. No discussion. No debate. In addition to the Canadian government travel ban, the United States government forbids us to cross the border by car into the USA.

The comments to the second piece are an outpouring of grief and frustration from some of those six million.

An op-ed from Rachel Marsden on Sputniknews that highlights Trudeau's fear.

Justin Trudeau wants freedoms for Ukrainians that he won’t allow Canadians to enjoy

Freedom for Ukraine apparently matters more than freedoms at home

May 15, 2022

Rachel Marsden

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made a surprise visit to Kiev this week. Given that the threat level in the city has been reduced to the point where U2’s Bono can now play an impromptu concert, the real surprise is that Trudeau was photographed without his face mask, which has been nearly omnipresent when he’s on Canadian soil.

Trudeau’s mask-wearing serves mainly as propaganda in an ongoing attempt to justify his vaccine mandates to Canadians. Required for citizens to board an airplane or train within their own country, the mandates effectively keep many stuck at home and unable to travel, but also can prevent them from working, as being fully jabbed is a condition of employment in some cases.

While almost 82% of Canadians are double-jabbed, only 35% of Ukrainians had received two doses of an anti-Covid vaccine around the time the conflict broke out on February 24, according to Time Magazine. And yet Trudeau was traipsing around Kiev mask-free in a recent conflict zone while he insisted on hiding from Canadian truckers and their Freedom Convoy supporters when they convened on Ottawa’s Parliament Hill earlier this year.

Instead of engaging in dialogue to find some sort of compromise with the protesters seeking an end to Covid-related mandates, Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act, which hadn’t been used in Canada since Quebec separatism sparked terrorist attacks in 1970. The measure caused personal bank accounts to be blocked based on association with – and donation to – the cause.

“Information is now being shared by law enforcement with Canada’s financial institutions,” said Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland. “Financial service providers have already taken action based on that information.” All because these individuals were exercising their democratic right to protest government-sanctioned inequality that stripped basic rights of freedom, work, and movement from Canadians who chose to exercise their bodily autonomy.

Fresh off this authoritarian bender, Freeland accompanied Trudeau to Kiev. “We know that in standing up for themselves, the people of Ukraine are standing up for democracy and international law – and we stand with them,” she tweeted.

Much like mask propaganda apparently doesn’t matter anymore when you’re not trying to scare people into submission, democracy also only seems to matter when the Western establishment is trying to justify involving itself in another faraway foreign conflict.

Speaking at a press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Trudeau announced a further donation of weapons to Ukraine, including $1 million in small arms and ammunition.

The Canadian prime minister has failed to heed the warnings of experts that the country’s weapons could end up in the hands of militia groups or stolen and sold on the black market, according to state-backed CBC.

Trudeau’s concern is highly selective when it comes to weapons. Back home after his trip, Trudeau tweeted: “We’re taking action to better regulate sales and transfers of non-restricted firearms, because we’ve seen how gun violence has devastated communities and families across the country.” Flooding Ukraine with weapons that end up who-knows-where is fine by Trudeau, but legal Canadian firearms aren’t.

Trudeau also vowed in Kiev to “fight disinformation.” Nothing says “democracy” quite like crackdowns on freedom of inconvenient information out of step with Western government narratives. Under Trudeau, the Canadian military has already been deployed to shape public opinion amid the Covid-19 crisis by using propaganda techniques derived from military psychological operations in Afghanistan. And now his government is trying to further impose government control over free speech with an “Online Streaming Act.” Trudeau has no business uttering the word “democracy” when he has actively violated so many basic tenets of it.

And speaking of irony, the fact that Trudeau chose to visit Kiev on May 9th – the anniversary of the World War II defeat of Nazi Germany – was apparently also lost on him. His government has overseen the training and equipping of actual neo-Nazis in Ukraine to fight a proxy war against the nation (Russia) which lost the most people fighting the Nazis in World War II as a member of the British- and American-allied Soviet Union.

Jewish advocacy groups, and a Nazi hunter are among those demanding answers for Canada’s Joint Task Force Ukraine’s training of Ukrainian neo-Nazis, including those of the Azov Battalion, which is now integrated into the Ukrainian Army. It has emerged that Canadian officials were more concerned about being seen by the public to be coaching neo-Nazis, in the event that the information ever got out, than they were with the actual training of them.

Given that Trudeau’s government has overseen the military education of actual neo-Nazis in Ukraine, one would think he would have picked a different day to visit Kiev than the anniversary of the defeat of that ideology.

Tone-deaf Trudeau’s trip strongly suggests that instead of peddling his utopian vision for democracy in Ukraine, he might want to start with first trying to adhere to and uphold his own lofty values and standards at home rather than doing everything that he seemingly can to erode them.

DR. DAVID E MARTIN GIVES EXPLOSIVE JAW DROPPING INFORMATION IN CANADIAN ZOOM MEETING

David Martin's 11 minute video on prosecution for gene-therapy premeditated murder. Brief addition to Dr Martin's work covered in an earlier video of February 2022 detailing Trudeau's criminal racketeering of February, 2022, posted by Debra.

For full information on the ongoing criminal trials related to the gene therapy: https://prosecutenow.com/

March 2015, Peter Daszak said "To sustain the funding base beyond the crisis we need to increase the public understanding for the need for countermeasures such as a paninfluenza or pancoronavirus vaccine. A key driver is the media and the economics will follow the hype. We need to use the hype to our advantage. Investors will respond if they see profit at the end of the process."

Canada entered into an agreement on distribution of the gene therapy with three people at the Universityi of British Columbia. These men licensed the essential lipid nano particles invented at U.B.C. that silence genes to Moderna in 2015. The group is in violation of 18 codes, and committed a felony by developing this during a moratorium on bioweapons.

Any law enforcement that is aiding and abetting Justin Trudeau is aiding and abetting the criminal acts of the Government of Canada.

Cutting to the chase, he says: It doesn't matter what clinical trials have or have not been done, that's like debating the merits of copper when a bullet is in the corpse.

We need to focus on the criminal prosecution of these people.

In 2000, Ralph Baric had a patent on Remdesivir, which was known to be lethal when used in patients.

Every shot of Pfizer and Moderna means a payment to the parties in Canada who developed the lipid nano particles; the fees flow back to the Government of Canada. This is racketeering.

Well, Jason Kenney had his leadership review last night and won the vote by 51.4%, retaining his position as Premier of Alberta.

And then he promptly resigned.

There has been infighting within the UCP party ever since it was formed in July 2017 when the Progressive Conservative Association of Alberta and the Wildrose Party merged. Apparently a Mar. 19, 2022 Leger poll currently shows the Alberta NDP leading with 44% and the UCP at 35%. The next provincial election in Alberta is May 29, 2023. Is Alberta in for a return of orange?

Ryerson University students (downtown Toronto) are taking the University to court over the vaccine mandates.

Story
A group of 19 students requests your assistance to pursue and continue its legal action against Ryerson University. This action is brought to remedy the harm caused by the implementation of its COVID-19 vaccine mandate and to advocate for the permanent removal of such policies.

The choices made by Ryerson University in their application of these mandates resulted in the de-enrolment of up to 3,600 students, in addition to loss of student employment, scholarships/funding, and peace of mind.

Legal action will take form in the filing of a lawsuit seeking damages and an injunction to prevent the university from enforcing the mandate in the future. The students have already retained legal counsel.

The students hope that the lawsuit and the injunction will set a precedent for not only Ryerson students but all other university and college students in Ontario, Canada, who have been negatively impacted by COVID-19 vaccine mandates.

Your donation will help bring to light the stories of thousands of students who have been negatively impacted by vaccination mandates.

Here's a link to our backup video on Rumble.

Here's our Twitter page (@RyersonAction) for updates.

The timeline for Ryerson University’s approach to its Covid-19 Vaccine Policy is as follows:

—On August 13, 2021, the President of the university announced to the community that “effective September 7, 2021, Ryerson University will require all students, faculty, staff, contractors and visitors coming to campus to attest to their COVID-19 vaccination status.” However, those who were not fully vaccinated or chose not to disclose their vaccination status were given the option to test if they wished to access campus. (see this Ryerson Today news)

—On August 30, 2021, the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health issued instructions to the universities, requiring that they establish a vaccination policy according to the following terms: Instructions issued by the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health. Under “Required Precautions and Procedures”, section 1 c) grants Ontario Universities the option of allowing students to receive an educational session about Covid-19 vaccines instead of pursuing vaccination or an approved exemption. Ryerson University did not present this option to students. There is not a single instance in these instructions which recommended that students be de-enrolled for non-compliance. Considering all aforementioned points, it appears that Ryerson University has adopted a heavy-handed approach in regards to the implementation of their Covid-19 vaccination policy.

—On September 2, 2021, the university noted, “Individuals who have not submitted full proof of vaccination or received an approved exemption from the University as of October 18 will no longer be able to submit rapid antigen test results to access campus or in-person university activities off campus.”

—On October 18, 2021, the university announced, “All students, faculty and staff who have not yet submitted their vaccination status in Ryerson Safe are required to do so by November 1, 2021 in advance of the winter 2022 semester,” and this deadline also applied for those who wished to apply for exemption requests.

—On November 17, 2021, the Vice Provost sent an email to non-compliant students, stating, “Students who have not provided their vaccination status in the RyersonSafe app by 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, November 21 will not receive their winter timetables and will be restricted from adding courses,” and that “By Wednesday, December 15, all undergraduate, graduate, and law students who remain non-compliant (either through not providing their status, or remaining not fully vaccinated), will be removed from any in-person winter courses, and may lose access to key Ryerson systems, such as RAMSS.”

—Between mid-December 2021 to mid-January 2022, the university began de-enrolling non-compliant students from in-person courses. Students who declared their vaccination status, but were not fully vaccinated, were allowed to enroll into online courses and were barred from enrolling into in-person courses. However, those who did not disclose their vaccination status received holds in their accounts for “Undisclosed Vaccination Status”. Much confusion arose since many non-disclosed students were not aware that they could possibly enroll in virtual courses. This possibility still remains arbitrary and confusing to the undisclosed students.

—On February 17, 2022, Ontario’s chief medical officer of health, Dr. Kieran Moore, noted that the province has been reviewing instructions that were put in place across multiple sectors, and that “the need for vaccination policies across Ontario sectors, whether it’s health or in colleges and universities, is no longer necessary.” He also mentioned that the goal is to have these policies removed by March 1st. (11:23-12:30 see YouTube video)

—On February 24, 2022, the university released this statement: While the Government of Ontario recently announced that public health measures will be eased in the coming weeks as public health indicators in our province continue to improve, the Council of Ontario Universities issued a statement on behalf of all Ontario Universities that “in order to minimize uncertainty and disruption to our students, staff, faculty and university communities, Ontario’s universities will maintain their COVID-19 vaccination policies until at least the end of the current term.” (see first paragraph of this Ryerson Today news)

—On March 3, 2022, Dr. Kieran Moore, confirmed that the province has “removed” the letter of instruction to universities and colleges regarding vaccination policies as of March 1st. (10:59-11:56 see YouTube video)

—On March 28, 2022, Ryerson announced that it would pause the application of its mandate starting May 1, 2022. However, it did not revoke the mandate and the students are concerned that it could be re-imposed at any time. (see this Ryerson Today news)

Saw this in my news feed today. This seems to be done on the hush hush, with no debate. Wokeness in action.

This for me demonstrates one of those images of art, demonstrating life. Whenever I visited Victoria, that was one of my favorite places to stop, I loved walking through the exhibits, a visit to the IMAX theater, which always seemed to have a packed audience.

Now BC has turned into a gathering place of cultural change namely "Wokism".

Will it spread?

Newfoundland drops vax mandate for provincial employees

Newfoundland and Labrador has become the latest province to rescind its Covid vaccination policy for employees, including workers in long-term care homes, fire departments and many other settings.

“Given the current epidemiology of the province, a decision has been made not to extend the policy,” read a statement by Newfoundland’s health department on Thursday.

The decision comes into effect on June 1, and will apply to those who first fell under the mandate on Dec. 17.

Affected employees include “those working with vulnerable populations within sectors such as personal care homes, assisted living facilities, home care, charitable organizations providing services to persons in need, private health clinics, private schools, post-secondary institutions, fire departments, ambulance providers, businesses employing regulated health professionals, organizations providing child care services, and organizations providing therapeutic, supportive and residential services to children, youth and families.”

As of publication time, it was not yet clear whether teachers and healthcare workers – both of which were named in the same health order – were included.

According to Newfoundland’s finance minister, 32 employees were forced onto unpaid leave after the province’s public-sector vaccine mandate came into effect. A Treasury Board Secretariat spokesperson said all can return to work at the start of next month.

The lifting of the mandate makes good on a promise made by Premier Andrew Fury when he announced the policy in October to review it every six months.

The province also said, however, that it “will continue to monitor the epidemiology of the province and, as with any public health measure, these may be reinstated at any time deemed necessary in the future.”

As provinces began lifting their Covid restrictions in February – including masks and vaccine passports – some municipalities, universities and other organizations have also begun to lift or review their vaccine mandates for employees.

Others, however, continue to implement the mandates (St. John, New Brunswick) or to terminate non-compliant employees (British Columbia).

On Wednesday, Hamilton city council voted to extend its vaccination deadline for municipal employees to Sept. 30.
