Attempted assassination of vice-president of Argentina

I ask the question, partly because I have not seen the news commented here in the forum. I have searched and nothing current came up.

Let me quickly put them in context.

On Thursday, September 1, a man approached the Vice President of Argentina, Cirstina Fernández de Kirchner, as she was greeting her supporters gathered in front of her home in Buenos Aires and pointed a gun at her: he pulled the trigger, but for some reason the shot did not go off and the attack turned into an assassination attempt.

Since then the research (at least from my perspective) has been very confusing.

So my questions for the C's:

Who wanted to kill her and why?

Was the assassination attempt the idea of a lone wolf?

Was the assassination attempt a false flag attack, seeking to victimize herself?
