The forum has the following list of approved sites for embedding media:

Could we also get the following sites approved please (if possible)?

Yeah, XenForo uses oembed. At the moment, oembed does support Rumble, but it doesn't always work - which is probably Rumble's problem. Other sites aren't supported, and won't be until those sites add themselves to oembed.
