Another piece of poetry

Sybil

Jedi
I know you beautiful soul

I knew you before this life

We met many times before

Your eyes haven’t changed

I’m watching you bleeding

Those wounds won't heal

This lifetime hurt you so bad, it won’t heal

I sit next to you and watch

You do this every day

Change the dressing on your wounds

It won’t heal

You know that already

You just wanted to show me

The world is about to collapse

You won’t even look up

Rolls of white bandage

Turning to red

You stand up, smile, and carry on

I may have cried some lives before

You may have shouted some lives before

I may have begged some lives before

You may have slammed the door some lives before

Not anymore

The fire in your heart burned you

Lifetime after lifetime

It consumed you

I don’t know if you feel pain

You won’t show

Not anymore

I will leave soon

You asked me to be with you to show

To show who you are

To let me know, you know who I am

The world is about to collapse

You look at me and I know

There is nothing to fear

There is nothing to lose

You know me beautiful soul
