9/11 Decepticons

After reading through the Christopher Bollyn story and contemplating the recent Sam Danner confessions of a 9/11 fraud, I thought that I would coin a new label, since labels are so popular in the "movement": 9/11 Decepticons. 9/11 Decepticons are the almost robotic horde of deliberately misinforming and disinforming.

How does one deal with all of the bogus "news" being fabricated in the sea of digitally "maybe" and "possibly" [to be Bjork about it]?

I found this book, which I read recently has helped me to at least begin developing a cognitive framework for media analysis, something critical to evaluating the manufactured "orgy of evidence" [to quote Alex Jones]:

Disinformation Company has put out some extremely cool books, including the excellent EVERYTHING YOU KNOW IS WRONG, one of the first books I picked up [note the 2004 edition is a "special" reprint of some kind] which critically examined 9/11, Columbine and some other major news events.

DON'T BELIEVE IT! presents a series of major news hoaxes and frauds and analyzes the hoaxes and frauds in terms of structure and technique to uncover common elements among bogus news reports and attempts to educate the reader on how "lies become news" through the lens of skepticism. I may post some quotes from the book but I don't have it on hand right now.

For those interested in a reasonable cognitive framework for evaluating the likely validity, or lack thereof, of news reports, I found the book to be excellent and have begun employing some of the techniques to see how well the hold up in praxis.

Very valid subject/point. I recommend that the uses of raw evidence be relied upon to check "news" as to what it "maybe" or "possibly" really says or means.

For example. Jones claims a photo shows the "core columns" of a WTC tower. Found on page 35 of this PDF.

It is easily seen that the image does not look into the core area but alongside the core area and only actually shows a box column at the edge of the core.

Another image shows the same columns and labels them "MASSIVE BOX COLUMNS". The image came from a site which believed the FEMA lie about the steel core columns. However, interestingly enough, whoever annotated the image was honest and just labeled the columns "BOX COLUMNS" rather that "core columns" because the columns are not inside the core. Verical steel inside the core is actually elevator guide rail support steel. If it was not, and were "core columns", it would survive to be seen in the demolition images.

I refer to an image which shows the WTC 2 core and absolutely no steel columns whatsoever are seen at all. Any 2 foot columns would be silhouetted and be visable. In arguing for 4 years that this image shows a steel reinforced concrete core I've challenged every doubter of this to explain what the core is if it is not concrete. In four years the only explanation that is offered is that what appears as the core is gypsum or drywall.

The notion of hundereds of thousands of tons of steel crashing over drywall or gypsum and having any of it survive is ludicrious.

By the uses of hard evidence, or record of it, competent explanations can be derived, but, it requires experienced individuals who will recognize the elements depicted.

When professonal authorities of engineering, not revolutionary activists, are presented with the possibility of financial ruin and loss of a viable career, they will not affirm what their technical knowledge can verify.

Thusly, the campaigns of disinformation, by promoting falsities, the search for explanations of reality is derailed and sent astray into non sensical areas where innanities such as "mini nukes" or "beam weapons" are entertainable. In the vacuum created by a lack of comprehensive, feasible, realistic explanation, nonsense is suddenly presentable and the truth is deflected.

This is a wide spread piece of misinformation discrediting the truth movement and any professional construction people who can examine this page and make comment to the many sites hosting the nonsense, please do so, soon. I am just one voice trying to make a difference with common sense and experience.
