I'd explore the red highlighted bit some more personally. How many organisations get government funding and how many will outright mandate the vaccine for ALL employees even those not working on anything related with the government? I don't know, to me this looks quite ambiguous. I'd ask an employment lawyer if I was to speak with one.
On the black bolded bit, I'm of the same stance. I'm braced currently to see where the critical impact will occur that will have one's back against the wall. Boris is yet to go full Macron but he's a psycho so I expect something is being cooked up to be unleashed at a time of his convenience.

U.S. District Judge David Hurd in Albany, New York, ruled that the state's workplace vaccination requirement conflicted with healthcare workers' federally protected right to seek religious accommodations from their employers.
The ruling provides a test case as vaccine mandate opponents gear up to fight plans by President Joe Biden's administration to extend COVID-19 inoculation requirements to tens of millions of unvaccinated Americans.

He said that although he has made clear his vaccine status, “I do not believe the city has the authority to mandate that to anybody, let alone that information about your medical history.”
In the video, Catanzara instructs officers to file for exemptions to receiving the vaccine but to not enter that information into the city’s vaccine portal.
During a news conference Wednesday, Lightfoot accused Catanzara of spreading false information and dismissed most of his statements as “untrue or patently false.” She said COVID-19 vaccines are proven to be effective and that getting vaccinated would protect city workers and their families.

Starting December 1st, Costa Rica will require the COVID-19 vaccine in order to enter most commercial centers and to participate in public activities: restaurantes, bars, casinos, museums, gyms, hotels, sites of worship and sporting events. Essential services like pharmacies or supermarkets are not included ( just yet).
Vaccine status will be verified by a digital form or mobile QR application. The president said “as off December 1 st, there will be no excuse”.
Also, as tomorrow October 15th all public sector employees will be required to be vaccinated. Private employers can also obligate their employees to be vaccinated.
Costa Rica is administering Pfizer and AstraZeneca versions of the poison and we are at 41% of population fully vaccinated, which correspond to 2.4M ( Costa Rica has around 5M population)
So I guess time has come. I am so adamant to take it but the circle is getting smaller and smaller. My husband panicked last April after his mom and older brother got COVID and shared their experiences with him, it was like if a switch turn on and He entered something I can only describe as panic mode: He took a plane and flew to California ( where they live) and took the J&J even thought He was aware off all the lies, all the fake and data manipulation. Fear got him.
Now I am the only one in my circle. Sometimes I feel alone, scared and lately a pressing thought of “ I don’t belong here”.
Besides the stress that brings knowing that in any second someone you love might be the next breakthrough case. And yet I can only be grateful because my circumstances are the best ones someone can get given the times: my job is remote, I live in a secluded place near the rainforest where I have been working on my ( newly discovered) gardening skills and taking care of my husband and dogs.
I wish there were more like Us around here, but there is no resistance. At the beginning I remember some who tried to protest and were ridiculed, they became a meme and now people is afraid of being exposed. Everyone is compliant.Everyone is repeting the same slogans ( translated to Spanish, but the same slogans you hear in the rest of the word). The programming was successful.

Thanks for the link! I watched it. If I understood correctly, the challenge failed.. basically because people aren't technically being *forced* to have the injections, and because Hazzard's decisions were not found to be inconsistent with public health - The judge said it's not the Supreme Court's place to judge whether or not the "vaccines" are effective or safe, so because (according to the health ministry) they are, Hazzard's mandates are in the best interest of public health.
So basically a big cop-out... Like WHY isn't it the Supreme Court's place to decide whether a fact that a case hinges on is true or not, even if that fact is not the exact and only point of the case? (rhetorical question obvs)

On a different note, the Swedish Health Authority also mentions that from 1 November 2021, fully vaccinated people do not have to get or perform any PCR tests, even if they have symptoms... It surely screws up the numbers, pushing it towards the unvaccinated (which is much raved about in the media here). The Swedish way is always a "funny-strange" one - a milder version in so many things compared to other countries, but not for a moment necessarily any different or more honest. Because if you scratch through the surface of things... it's pretty much the same principle prevailing here: deceptions and lies.
They (the authorities, politicians etc) just don't like to be in the face of people (like Canada, Australia, Italy and New Zealand being on the other end of the extremes).

Airlines SAS and Norwegian say that as of Monday (18 Oct 2021), passengers will no longer be required to wear face masks when traveling within Scandinavia, reports Swedish Radio Ekot.
- We operate in Sweden, Norway and Denmark, and now that all three countries have opened up to both travel and other activities and have stepped down restrictions, we no longer see a need to have facemask requirements on domestic flights and these flights between the Scandinavian countries, SAS press officer Freja Annamatz tells the radio.
On flights between the Scandinavian countries and the rest of the world, mouthguards will continue to be required.

Whereas "Vaccination according to the total score" can probably be replaced with any other action like disabling you completely from buying anything, create a warrant for you or preventing you from using any means of (controlled) transportation.
Not to mention you are easily identified if your not "vaccinated". Being close to one vaccinated person would probably be enough.

Well, I didn't find any information about graphene oxide in the patent, nor the frequencies used. 2.4GHz is one of the bands used by WiFi, so it might not be very useful for tracking someone in practice. Moreover, I couldn't link any of the inventors directly to the Pfizer. But yeah, in the context of how risky the clothshots are, "system and methods for anonymously selecting subjects for treatment against an infectious disease caused by a pathogen" seems to be like taken from dysthropic movie. Sick minds.
